If I could give a negative star I would.... not only did our server roll her eyes at us and another table MULTIPLE times, she had a major attitude problem and was like barking at us taking our order, even my 10 year old said eww shes rude when she walked away. She brought me a coffee that i didnt order and when i told her i didnt order a coffee she huffed and rolled her eyes. ALSO, since when its it acceptable to bring a table their bill before they even get their food? Food that was brought to us cold and soggy. THE PLACE ISNT EVEN BUSY, how is our food cold!? Didnt check on us one single time after dropping our food off. Her name was Alina, in case anyone wants to know who not to have as a server.. straight nasty and rude to multiple tables

The store manager seated us and apologized for the wait. Our greeter was pleasant. The half turkey sandwich and salad was outstanding šŸ‘Œ Our waitress was pleasant

Occasionally my son, grandson and I get together for breakfast, I picked Bob Evans. I've always enjoyed their breakfast items, especially the biscuits and gravy šŸ˜‹

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We were the only guests waiting to be seated (party of 3) around 5:30pm on a Saturday and waited over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment, despite multiple employees standing behind the counter and looking in our direction.
When we asked if we could seat ourselves, we were told no, but no one followed up to help us. We ultimately left without being seated. There were only about 3 or 4 other tables with guests in the entire restaurant.

We placed our order, took forever to get...was not busy. My grandson ordered a chocolate chip cookie when he ordered the meal...took 20 plus minutes after we asked for it again, took us four tries to get it. My son ordered a meal that had home fries, bisket sandwiches...he asked if he could have both sausage....they were shown as one sausage, one bacon. Order was wrong, biskets were hard. He was done with his meal and the home fries finally came out...15 plus minutes later. Had to keep asking for them. The buns for the cheeseburgers were also hard around the edges. My granddaughters meal was at least 5 minutes behind the rest of getting ours. I have never had that type of an issue in this particular Bob Evans in my life .....20 plus years. Will definitely think before I come in there again.

Ordered the Premium Combination platter. Didn’t receive the ham only turkey. Pumpkin pie was thrown in container broken in 1/2.

We ordered takeout on December 22 for brunch on December 24 th 2025. Pickup was scheduled for 9:45 AM. My guests were arriving at 10:00 .We received an email in the morning reminding us about our scheduled order.We arrived at 9:45 and were greeted by a line of 7 guests ahead of us waiting for takeout orders.There were food orders sitting in the pickup window by the kitchen. There was no employee attending the pickup station. The hostess was seating walk-ins as we waited and ignoring the line waiting to pickup orders. At 10:30 our 9:45 order was still not ready so we left. We looked at the slips on the food in the window and found they had been scheduled for a 9:00 am pickup. They were 90 minutes behind getting orders done. We disappointed that management did not reassign an employee to the takeout station. Management ruined our brunch and I’m not going to accept, the standard excuse, ā€œ we had call offs or we were short staffedā€. Management should have known about the volume of take out orders and adjusted staffing. SHAME ON YOU.

Terrible service, no one acknowledged that I was there. Food was not that great, hard dinner rolls and crunchy mashed potatoes, yes I said crunchy they had a hard film on them. I will never go to this Bob Evans again. The one on Brookpark Rd is way better. Rockside Rd store should be avoided unless you want bad service and bad food.

Worst service ever at Bob Evans- by our server (lindy). We ordered our food and waited for approximately 40 minutes. When asking her why it took so long she said ā€œwell you saw me standing over thereā€. She offered no refills for our table and the food was cold. When she dropped the check, nothing was said. When we looked at our receipt the time stamp for our order was 30 minutes after our party arrived. Will not be back at this particular location because of the experience we had with Lindy. Next time be honest to your customers when they ask you what happend to their order.
