Terrible service, no one acknowledged that I was there. Food was not that great, hard dinner rolls and crunchy mashed potatoes, yes I said crunchy they had a hard film on them. I will never go to this Bob Evans again. The one on Brookpark Rd is way better. Rockside Rd store should be avoided unless you want bad service and bad food.

Worst service ever at Bob Evans- by our server (lindy). We ordered our food and waited for approximately 40 minutes. When asking her why it took so long she said “well you saw me standing over there”. She offered no refills for our table and the food was cold. When she dropped the check, nothing was said. When we looked at our receipt the time stamp for our order was 30 minutes after our party arrived. Will not be back at this particular location because of the experience we had with Lindy. Next time be honest to your customers when they ask you what happend to their order.

In the midst of a hostile work environment, I watched workers hustle, smile, and serve their customers with a heart of warmth and compassion. When I asked for the manager, I was told he was cooking and making things work in the back. It was strange but awesome to see.

I ordered off door dash and the kitchen was so backed up they were not packaging food for takeouts, the hostess was helping out. In the span of the extra 25 min i had to wait over the estimated wait time i watched that hostess handle money, pack food, rub her face, nose, head, and legs. I also witnessed her putting her finger in her ear and i guess scratching? All while packaging food and not once did she wash her hands or even sanitize. I would suggest going anywhere else.

I only ordered a plain chicken breast for my dog but I ordered it for carry out and when I arrived I called and let them know I was there but I'm in a wheelchair if they could please bring it to my car and they said no problem and brought it right out. They were very friendly and accommodating and I appreciated that very much!
