Owen P waited on us. This was easily the best overall service and experience we have had at any dining establishment in a long long time! We took two of our grandchildren out to dinner and give them the special treatment. This was such a wonderful experience and a great success! Owen deserves much of the credit for this. He went above and beyond and treated the kids like royalty! This guy deserves high praise for his efforts! Thank you.

Hello guys, this was my very first time here at Bonefish Grill. My daughter took me to my birthday dinner. She had reservations. When we arrived the host spoke, it was very, very empty inside and there was no wait. We were there closer to the end of the day, so maybe that was the reason. Our waiter who was a gentleman I forgot his name was really good. It would’ve been a shame if it was horrible when the place was literally empty.. with a handful of customers. I ordered chicken marsala, which was really good and my daughter ordered fish which she enjoyed. I am not sure if I would ever return and I am not sure if there are any other locations. It’s a 50-50..

Made a reservation and when we arrived, our table was not available. Hostess was quick to remedy, which was most appreciated. Our server was outstanding, we enjoyed her humor in dealing with the kids. Food was very good.

Awesome order again as usual from Bonefish Grill. This was a Grubhub.com order. Shrimp and Scallops pasta with a side order of Scallops. Everything was prepared perfectly and arrived on time and hot. This is my go to because every order from Bonefish has been perfect Thank you !!

Crowded together seating. My wife had to send back the steak she ordered as it was cooked medium and she specifically asked for well done, and even suggested the butterfly it to get it that way. The corn chowder tasted like dishwater. The wait staff was not as attentive as I expected Ted for a restaurant in this price range. Totally Disappointed.
The food was wonderful but interrupting our dinner celebration 7 times wasn't pleasant. Restaurants are for enjoying the moment with family and friends and not rushing the costumers in an almost empty restaurant . The courtesy turned into a rude interruption and the waitress disappeared at the end of the dinner, so she never closed the service.

Today, 12/29/25 I ordered the family pack of Lilly's chicken, as I always do because I love that dish. The staff today went above and beyond to make that the BEST Lilly's chicken I have ever tasted! I highly recommend that management do something to reward them. Or at the very least show them this review and let them know that they are appreciated. I am super impressed on how well executed and how great tasting every single component of my meal was. Thank you.
