Chipotle Mexican Grill

Doors were locked at noon on a Monday. The operating hours on the door said they open at 1045.

Impressively slow service at this restaurant. Every 2 people in front of you adds an additional 10 minutes to the time it takes you to get your order. You’d think they were putting the rice on one grain at a time.

The restaurant is quite filthy, the food prep area has remnants of the whole day strewn about. Tables are dirty, trash overflowing.

Employees constantly on phones dispute there being a line. They are nice at least.

Save yourself the sanity and just go to the pleasant valley chipotle. You’ll make up any additional drive time by getting your food faster.

Oh one last thing. This restaurant is ALWAYS out of cheese for some reason.

I just learned why this location has such a bad rating. They DONT care about customer service. Walked in and was the only person in the queue. No one made an effort to take my order. I stood there waiting forever. I found a better place to spend my money where they actually care and want to work for their wages. Down right lazy and ignorant.

12/6 follow up. Our office orders lunch from this location. I warned them. My order was half steak and half brisket. There was maybe, at best, three pieces of steak. Also, ordered brown rice and for white rice and they didn’t put any sour cream on the order. My coworker got a chicken burrito but there was no chicken! What do they have to benefit for not putting the protein in the burritos?

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. We regularly receive orders with items missing or almost all of the requested ingredients missing. Bags full of crushed up chip crumbs. There's a clear difference between and error and people who just don't care.You can not reach anyone by phone. Chipotle does not care.

Walked in to grab a quick meal with my family and the workers were not to enthusiastic about serving us. All the foods were super dry and when I asked why does it look like the food has been sitting around for a while the answer was “ because it has been “ management seemed to not be around because no one wanted to cook anything fresh

The Chipotle ran out of Steak at 5pm and they close at 11:00

Order a salad, with chips and queso. I got only half my order and they forgot salad dressing and utensils. Tried to call to resolve and they just keep an automated line, so resolution isn’t viable.

They have no food to serve at 5pm of the day. Super ghetto playing ghetto ass music where I couldn’t even hear them talk.

Put in an online order at 3:07. I arrive at 3:37. Oder is not ready. When i ask them to check on it they say it will be out when its ready. They dont check. I ordered two quesos. They gave me one. When I complain they say we don't have anymore. Well why didn't you tell me? No answer. They said i wait for it. I end up waiting until 3:51. Dont come here the service is horrible.

This was the worst Chipotle I have been in my life. Around lunch time, they ran out of black beans, fajita, and ice. I had to drink coke with no ice.. the place wasn’t even crowded… unacceptable

Cashier was too busy on her phone to hear me ask for her to wait a second while I scanned my reward then had an attitude when I asked her to go back and told me to use the receipt to get my points… my entree was supposed to be free.

I work in food management for 12 years & If I could give this place, no stars I would period do not eat at this chipotle! I went in at 2pm There was fruit flies flying all around the drink station no ice, the teas were more then half empty & they looked disgusting. There was absolutely no customers in there but yet everything was disgusting no cleaning was being done, pots and pans stacked up everywhere counters were filthy. & ALL The workers were just sitting around on their phones, the food was all old. Just No cleaning no wiping down anything, no restocking, no cooking being done. if I would’ve known how disgusting that place was before I put my order in through the online app, I would’ve never of even of ordered from there threw away what I got. If I walked in to order I would’ve turned around and walked right out all the workers were literally just sitting around on their phones eating talking messing around while the place was a pigsty & all them were pissed about idk. Definitely a chipotle I’ll never go to again.

Hey. The service was HORRIBLE. Guy at the counter had major attitude. Thought I was going to an establishment of pride and integrity, which was the reason for me going out of my way to this specific location... however I stand corrected. I asked for vinegarette young guy said No... with no reason just a mean no... big guy offered to help but the ones he found were old... just highly dissatisfied with the service at this location.
