The rebrand is perfect. Poor Denny. Hes stressed, depressed. A hot mess. The music on the speakers was about sneaking into someone's house just to see them, and the burgers like the hot mess melt really took a good hour or so. I think the service people talked to me maybe three times and he walked away mid ring out and didn't even notice the transaction declined. He was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time. Whole vibe. I can't rate it much higher than a three though. Cause that was crazy.

The food was horrible and the lobby and dining room was dirty. The floor DIDN'T Look as if has been swept or mopped in a long time. I can only imagine how clean the kitchen was. Waited 45 minutes after placing order online. Food was totally nasty. I don't know how you can mess up breakfast food but they found a way. Then had the audacity to charge me an automatic tip of $7.00 on a to go order that cost 35.00. I will never go back there ever!

During a recent trip to Akron for a show, a friend and I found ourselves extremely hungry, leading us to stop at this restaurant on our way home. The only positive aspect was its convenient location. We ordered our meals before the table across from us, but they received their food first.
Our waiter seemed lost and uncertain about his responsibilities, as evidenced by the premature arrival of my friend's milkshake, which came 10 minutes before his meal. When we went to pay, he attempted to charge me for the milkshake.
I eventually received my meal, which was outstanding in terms of quality, temperature, and flavor. However, my friend had to wait an additional five minutes. As I ate, I felt somewhat sympathetic towards my friend, who was watching me eat, though it didn't prevent me from continuing my meal. This entire experience was disappointing. Thankfully, I live too far away to ever return.

I do not suggest coming to this location late night. The food takes 45 minutes plus and then they don’t even get your order correct. I ordered the classic sampler as a start and it came out cold. I ordered the slam burger, no hashbrowns, Swiss cheese and it came with hashbrowns and American cheese. I just ended up leaving because I didn’t wanna wait another 45 minutes for my food. My boyfriend ordered the gravy and sausage and it looked disgusting. He didn’t even touch it. We just walked out complete waste of time.
Terrible service. We waited for our order for over an hour and it still wasn't ready. In the end we just took the order home and waited another 20 minutes for it to be packed in a box. The food is average. We ordered a steak with eggs and sandwiches, it took them 80 minutes to cook them, and the restaurant was empty!!! Also the restaurant is terribly dirty. all the walls are stained, the tables are sticky and dirty!!!

My boyfriend and I went to this Denny’s this morning. Waited almost 10 minutes to get seated only to find out there was only three people working. He ordered coffee and a water. I ordered a smoothie. Took 25 minutes to get my smoothie. The table was sticky, so I went up to the counter to get a cloth to wipe it down, gave it to me and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience that the table was sticky. I ended up wiping it instead of the server. They finally took our order and we waited and waited and waited. We had no straws, no silverware, no napkins. Then they brought the food out both of us two eggs and bacon. My boyfriend ordered the grand slam and I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs. The man who seated us brought out our order and said I don’t know who had what. We tried to explain our orders, but just sick of how they treated us and the delinquency in service.

It truly wasn’t edible, pretty sure they are giving out old food that’s been sitting around.. most of the food was dry and hard.
