The rebrand is perfect. Poor Denny. Hes stressed, depressed. A hot mess. The music on the speakers was about sneaking into someone's house just to see them, and the burgers like the hot mess melt really took a good hour or so. I think the service people talked to me maybe three times and he walked away mid ring out and didn't even notice the transaction declined. He was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time. Whole vibe. I can't rate it much higher than...
The food taste fine but the portions are very lackluster for the price being asked and the server, while extremely friendly and professional, forgot my order twice and then still brought me the wrong food. Please write it down if you can't remember!
We originally went to the Rockside location, I would advise no one to patronize that location. The server tried to sit us at a booth that had not been clean, then sat us across from another booth where some type of liquid had been spill and not cleaned up. We therefore left and went to the Brookpark location. The Brookpark location was very clean, the service was very good and the food was excellent.
