Our order came out wrong. The bread was hard as a rock. This the worst experience ordering food there. I don't know what happened but we used to get food sub there. We won't go there anymore. We had to throw our food away.

Go here or to the one in Solon. Avoid the ones at Harvard and SOM Center. One in Strongsville still? Good if still there. Heard there's one now by Route 46 mall in Warren. To far for me.

Since they started the new place order at register instead of when you come in, you cannot get service. the person at register is too busy handing out and taking phone orders to take the walk in customers order. so unless you order ahead there is no reason to go in and be ignored

Ordered here time and time again, had a dasher steal my order this past time and the manager Jasmine, forgive my spelling, was very friendly, understanding and apologetic through this. Food is always amazing and the managers people skills, as well as ability to deal with difficult situations makes this establishment a place i would return to time and time again.

I had the Albacore Tuna sub. Everything bread, spinach, tomatoes, black olives, Swiss cheese. Absolutely delicious. This was my first time there, and everyone was very helpful and polite. Very clean establishment

Managers are not attentive. Corporate is unresponsive (emailed them about experience and basically got dismissed, but then they ask me to email them again! Why would the 2nd time make any difference?). Food is excellent.

I used the app to order three sandwiches. The app was very easy to use and the sandwiches were all delicious. My only complaint is there wasn’t a single napkin in the bag. Made for a very messy experience.

Ordered The Godfather and wow, what an amazing sub! The "everything" bread is to die for! The best place to get a sub in my opinion. It's just on a completely different level than Subway, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Can't wait to go back and try something else!
