Subs are always good here but I was particularly impressed with the service this visit. Bre the cashier was really polite, accommodating and professional. Her customer service was refreshing to experience from a young person now a days. Usually don’t review chains but thought this experience warranted some positivity.
This was my first time at DiBella's. The sub was great! The service was even better :) Jalen provided excellent customer service, making sure to answer my questions about toppings and the many specialty sandwiches on the menu. They made our subs quickly and everything was just as we ordered. Thank you for a lovely experience. We'll definitely be back!
Ordered a company lunch for about 30-35 employees. I was a bit early to pick up the order. It was ready when I got there, neatly presented. The employees were attentive, helpful and friendly. Great customer service!!
