Not certain if there is new management here, but my recent experience was a 15 minute wait for a cold sub. Only had two customers in front of me. Not a lot of urgency but will give them another chance
Go here or to the one in Solon. Avoid the ones at Harvard and SOM Center. One in Strongsville still? Good if still there. Heard there's one now by Route 46 mall in Warren. To far for me.
Ordered here time and time again, had a dasher steal my order this past time and the manager Jasmine, forgive my spelling, was very friendly, understanding and apologetic through this. Food is always amazing and the managers people skills, as well as ability to deal with difficult situations makes this establishment a place i would return to time and time again.
