I love this place. After a good workout I always do stop here for a refreshing guiltless drink or shake
Great place to hang out with friends and family and grab a healthy drink or snack! They have fun games as well :)
Independence Nutrition is one of the better Nutrition places around here. I drive the extra 10min. every morning just to have their drinks. The drinks hit the spot and the morning crew is always awesome on a more personal name to name basis.
First time stopping in staff extremely helpful, holiday punch tea absolutely amazing. Can't wait to go back and try something else.
They heavily push for you to give your children Herbalife. (Which even Herbalife says not to give children)Herbalife already causes kidney damage, and it’s been proven. Then to give it to children? Disgusting. When called out for it, the owner just blocks you and deletes comments, which any real business wouldn’t do that and would actually try to provide better customer service or back up why they do what they do….Avoid this place and any other Herbalife nutrition shop
Wonderful place to have protein shakes and waffles on Sunday they have good teas that energized me for entire day!
Friendly atmosphere, good meeting place, best teas and shakes. Exceptional staff. Love this place.
John is great and always sweet to my kids. It's a great hangout spot too, with games and tvs.
Wonderful experience. Tea and smoothies were excellent. Was given a trial of the sunday pancakes they make. Will def be back. Highly recommend

My husband and I have been to Independence Nutrition several times now. Whatever we get is amazing. The owners and the staff are very pleasant. They have so many flavors of healthy shakes, no ice cream added.
Had a mango tea. People were very nice here.Their concept is unique and take a little explaining. You can get dozens of flavor combinations though which makes it ultimately a personalized taste.I'll be back.
Took a visit and was instantly welcomed! It is a very nice atmosphere and very kind service. 100% sold in on the tea. The shakes definitely have the protein powder taste, nevertheless very enjoyable!
My new favorite spot!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed! Everything was explained and they were extremely thorough with giving me information on the ingredients they use. Welcome and inviting decor makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful! Love it here!!
