The bacon was a bit raw ๐ฌ meaning not even a little brown. So I cooked it and it was bomb. People handeling food should try and cook it first if thatโs the only job ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ.

I read through the reviews and the previous photos are hard to dispute. Clearly there was something wrong then but seems like some issues have been fixed.
I walked in at peak lunch time 12:31 with 5 people in front of me. The team had it together with a great flow. They were respectful and super quick. I had my sandwich made absolutely correct and in hand by 12:37. This is including the people in front of me and clearly it was a new hire working the register.
This team deserves a second chance and every bit of the tip I left. I was having a rough day and honestly they turned it around with great service fast and accurate.

No real system for when they get busy. People end up standing around unsure if it's their sandwich number being called, or someone else with the same order. Long gone are the days of "freaky fast".

As far as cold subs go it isn't the worst but the bread is rather chewy and they are a bit stingy with the toppings like lettuce and onion which makes the sandwich feel underwhelming. They also changed from dijon to yellow mustard so it makes everything taste cheaper. Overall the sandwich left me wondering why I paid almost 10 dollars for something that didnt even fill me up, so while I used to enjoy Jimmy John's I probably won't find myself back to this one.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and also a turkey bacon sandwich, and both sandwich hardly had any meat. I didn't open until I went home and I was basically eating lettuce tomatoes and bread towards the end of the sandwich. Talk about inflation!!! ??โโ๏ธ

Angsty workers, screwed up sandwiches and an attitude from the manager about the sandwiches. ?? I hope some Karen comes in and treats you rotten trashy little brats exactly how you treated me.
Edited to reply: I did do that. I was told they are all run by independent owners. So, nothing to as done.

So i went in to order a turkey tom i told her everything on it and she only puts 3 things on there . I went back to get it remade soon as i walk in the fairy like guy with glasses said huuuuuuuhhhh(wayne knight looking mf ) . I told them what was wrong and im assuming the manager cassie waybright was like instead of remaking the your order i will just give you the items ummm no . So i asked for a refund and the fairy ran off smh . Said i will not receive the refund right away . Its just Sandwiches not rocket science i will not be returning here ever !!!!! I will be reporting customer service to corporate !

The Wayne Knight reject they have working in there heavyset white guy with glasses needs to be fired. He is very rude and his customer service sucks. Maybe he needs to be somewhere playing video games since he canโt handle a messed up order Jesus Christ.
