TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been here twice. The first time was pleasant but there was a bill mixup and they almost charged us for a bill that wasn’t ours. Luckily we caught it. My second time being there started out pleasant until I left and checked my account and noticed they charged me almost $40 more than what I owed. When I called to clear it up, I was yelled at, disrespected, and hung up on by the owner. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN UNLESS ITS TO SLAP HER SSA!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And I’m disputing the ENTIRE CHARGE!

I had been waiting for a while to order the P9(spicy seafood) as this restaurant is a ways away from my home. In this dish I received 4 shrimp, 2 scallops, and 2 mussels. I was beyond disappointed in what I received for the price on a positive note the flavor was good. I have dined in and done take out and those proportions were more similar. This time seemed to be skimpy by far. I definitely was disappointed. I do have to consider coming back. If anyone every asked me for recommendations for the best pho this would’ve be the place in the past but after this visit I’ll have to reconsider.
My first experience at this restaurant was amazing. Comfortable environment. I had a beef bowl of pho. Totally amazing. I will be back really soon.

Authentic Pho dishes here! Lobster and Pho is one of the best kept secrets in Independence Ohio!! Their authentic cuisine is both filling and delicious, the staff is cheerful and wonderful, and they're always very helpful with selections. They have wonderful food and a great atmosphere, would highly recommend everyone to dine here!!

Decent beef and lamb pho bowls. Fried oysters were kinda fishy. No authentic fish sauce to go with the pork and fish cutlets, sadly. Place was fairly busy though.
