Mcdonald's itself is a great place for a quick bite the double drive thru lane is not convenient at all but today was absolutely horrible I went through the drive thru and was in the 1st lane with nobody else behind me then the 2nd lane got 3 cars and went through before they took my order then i pay go to next window and was asked to pull forward to wait longer on my food so after a few minutes a women walks out with a cold sandwich with a greasy bag and 1 hashbrown I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 hashbrown and a coffee. And so she goes back in comes out a few more minutes later with the wrong order again yeah im over this Mcdonald's at this point its always slow and they always make me pull forward and wait on food. Sadly it used to be one of the best locations.

I will never go back to this McDonald's. We were running behind schedule and decided to place a mobile order for breakfast. The app let us place the order and it was about 15 minutes before they stopped serving. We finally got to the window to get our order, that handed us our drinks and we sat there. Finally they come back and ask us what we're waiting for and I tell them. The leave and come back to tell us they accidentally gave our order away and that we can't get it because breakfast is now over. It is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. Does the food disappear at 11a on Sundays? You don't have to ring it in the computer because we already ordered... Anyways, don't go here. Terrible customer experience and the employees have no clue what's going on...

Awesome oasis after riding bicycles 35 miles (total) along the Towpath Trail and the Big Creek Parkway Trail. Absolutely LOVE the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal! Hit the spot!😃

I was excited to go here since it's a beautiful building. But after entering and seeing trash all over the dining room we decided we could not eat there. While waiting for our take out we notice they had food and trash on the floor in the kitchen. No thank you. I can't eat food from there. Won't go back again. Husbands food was cold and mushy.

Just visited this McDonalds. The manager & staff was AMAZING! When I asked if I could have my sandwiches remade fresh the manager & staff did not hesitate. Everyone there was extremely kind. This is the best McDonalds I have patronized on this side of town Just wanted to say something nice!

Found this to be a dependable McDonald's for fast and quality service. In short my order is always correct when I come to this McDonald's lol they should be a training store for the McDonald's in Macedonia :-)

I loved the atmosphere more than anything else, because this is possibly the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I visited here back in April, and I really enjoyed sitting and eating on the second floor, and my server was very nice. I definitely plan to be back soon. :)
