I loved the atmosphere more than anything else, because this is possibly the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I visited here back in April, and I really enjoyed sitting and eating on the second floor, and my server was very nice. I definitely plan to be back soon. :)

Most of the time we’ve been here our order has been wrong. Just went through the drive through and ordered a Big Mac with no onions and light sauce. Got home to eat it, there were onions all over it and the sandwich was thrown together sloppily, and the “light sauce” was literally a little drop and it was NOT Big Mac sauce whatever it was was SPICY. Called to complain and the manager hung up on me. Will not be back!

Food was cold and nasty. Ordered a fish filet the fish was old, fries were cold. Ordered 10pc nuggets. Nuggets were cold and hard had to take food back. Ridiculous

This was horrible I asked for cone then I said never mind I want it in a cup vanilla with chocolate on top and they put a cone in a cup and didn’t even put chocolate on both the ice creams HORRIBLE SERVICE like they can’t even hear

I walked into order my fish sandwich and the place was dirty. By the entrance door there papers all over & dirty cement. Fish was overcooked and bun was crispy not steamed soft. Plenty of employees but not cleaning up the place. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks

My first time at this location. Disgusting! So dirty. We were really shocked. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Decided not to use the bathroom and skipped ordering food. If you are understaffed, you should look at hiring a cleaning service.

This location was overall NOT GREAT! Stopped in for a quick bite/drink/facilities before hitting the road. Food-fries cold and soda fountain was not working properly as the drink taste funny. Restroom-No TP in either stahl. Luckily I had tissue in my purse. Dinning area-kiosk would not work properly when trying to use rewards. Then, I had to go to the counter where I encountered such an unpleasant young lady. I know one would rather be at home hanging with friends, but since you have to be at work, a small pleasantry goes a long way! She did not ask how can I help you or anything like that, so we had a stare down for a bit because I was not sure if she was gonna speak (she didn't), so I then proceeded to order and tried to get her to help with the reward issue to no avail. She seemed annoyed that I was even at the counter to begin with. Needless to say, there were no other words exchanged except for the thank you. I still decided to give..lol This location gets a 2 star for atmosphere because it has a beautiful staircase and upstairs dining area.

Hey guys, I've been to this location in the past and it was okay but this visit was horrible. Both me and my daughter's order was wrong! The service wasn't great either. I don't care for McDonald but it was late. Never again at this location or any other.
