The food was good, but not unbelievable. We got the chicken fingers which were meh on flavor... But the staff was super helpful and Got us in and out quickly (which was what we needed)

Honestly not worth it. Wait for like 20 mins for some cheese and bread. I like the atmosphere tho. But the people are rude. Some employee was walking and we were in the way so she said excuse me so I turned around then she quickly said again “excuse me” but angry then walked by and was saying to herself muttering “Jesus”

All food came out cold but somehow also took forever. I asked for soup for an appetizer and got it with my meal and it was also barely warm. Food was extremely bland and chips tasted like old oil. Out of four dinners we got none of them were great. Our waitress stood back away from table pretty far to where we could barely hear her talk. Payed 12$ for a cocktail that tasted like straight juice. Really expensive dinner out with our kids and we wasted most of it. No manager available to help us. Would not return.

Went when the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon was on the menu. The price was insane, but I get it, bacon is pricey. However, if the prices are going to keep going up and the locations are going to keep closing, owners may want to consider going back to their roots. Shrink the menu to the back the album covers of yore. Love the concept, sandwiches are unique and delicious, hope it doesn't end.

Got here and ordered our food a hour ago, nobody in the restaurant has food and the manager told another customer to at the party room is the only room that matters. Again, every customer has been waiting well over 30 minutes for food with nothing. Manager just said that the party room is making them 2000$ so that means every other customer is not important. If the manager reads this, you don’t belong in the business, shameful.

Horrible place to eat. Me and 6 other people went here on 1/20/2024 and had a horrible experience. Everyone in the restaurant waited 45 minutes to an hour for their food. I spoke to the manager, and she said they had a party in the other room that was more important than the dining room. I was shocked! We were not the only ones unhappy. The entire dining room had no food. None of the people that i was with tonight will ever go back.

This used to have some of my favorite sandwiches ever made, but after removing The Godfather and The TMNT twice I'm not sure I'm ever going to order from here again unless they're both brought back. This place just likes to remove all the best sandwiches off their menu.

We went on a quiet Monday evening, the place wasn't very busy. Staff was quick and courteous. After placing our orders with a side of Mac & Cheese instead of fries I spied two small bowls of Mac at the food window almost immediately. I watched in disappointment as these bowls sat until the rest of our food (2 Melts) were prepared. Upon reaching our table the Mac & Cheeses were cold all the way through. The sauce rather than thickening, was milky in texture and had drained/dripped off the top half of the noodles leaving them cold and flavourless. The Melts were adequate but honestly not worth the price, though the left overs were significantly better the next day somehow.If the Melt team were to take one thing away from this review it's that your Mac & Cheese should be the last thing added to a plate as it's clearly just sitting in a vat ready to scoop rather than have it sit for nearly 20-30 minutes while the rest of the food is prepared.
Too expensive for the quality, Melt has gone way downhill since the 2010's.

Sat at the bar and was one of only 2 patrons. Waited a solid 10 minutes before anyone approached me, while watching 3 servers stick a potato on the ticket stabber by the expo window and make it dance and talk. Perfect example of why this business is closing doors left and right.
