Easily one of my favorite places in Indy to eat. The food is actually decent, it doesn't make you feel heavy or ill, and the staff is PHENOMENAL. I haven't been served with that much care in ages, it was a lovely experience and they earned the tip!

Placed an online order, said it would 20 mins. It took over 30 mins. There was 3 workers and they had 3 people in line. I got there 5 mins before the estimated time. I saw them go through 10 people. Had to check with a worker about my order, only to see they never made it, couldn’t even give me fresh hot food. It was cold.

I used to love Naf Naf. This bad review is based on terrible service today. Crispy chicken was burned, dry and not edible. I tried a bite and it tasted like a mouth full of salt. I have had the chicken many times and it never was like this. Rice was all clumped together. Forgot the sauce on one, even after i stated which kind and how much. Forgot pitas for both. Mixed up the two bowls so that it was the wrong toppings. Huge waste of money.

The portion is very small, we buy and don't take for free they act like we're taking it for free, I was recently in another place, they put a lot and I didn't even get full, but here they put very little meat, they put about 5 pieces, it's very funny, I don't advise you to come, you won't get full anyway.

Good food and nice ambience here at this location. The fries and garlic dip are amazing and my personal favorite. Wish I had known about this earlier.
Visited for dinner and ordered chicken Shawarma bowl it was nice but cold if you visit make sure to ask them to give you freshly shaved chicken otherwise it will taste bad.

This is a great fast casual build-a-bowl. I hade the beef and my lunch mate had the chicken. Both were very good. The fries were cool too. I will be returning.

Nag Naf reminds me of a Chipotle for Mediterranean food. Fast casual, counter service. Food is ok to pretty good. I wish they had more options for protein, such as lamb/kofta. But pricing is very reasonable. Got the chicken shawarma plate - a decent amount of food for &12+. I will say that the baba ghanoush had an excellent smoky flavor - all were good, but the baba is what stood out to me. Overall, pretty good and I would go back again.
