I was so disappointed. This particular Outback used to be our go to spot. Let’s just say that after 1 hour and 45 minutes wings and fries never came out for 3 of us. The wings that come out for two were full of salt. The management here doesn’t care the waiter just stopped coming to us - maybe he was embarrassed. I do reviews on our Sunday Morning Facebook Live Show can’t wait to discuss this complete fiasco.

We waited at least 7 minutes to be seated. There was no one at the hostess area. We just stood there waiting while the couple behind us finally gave up and left ! We were finally seated. It took forever to get our appetizer and then it was slightly burnt ( blooming onion) It took foreverrrr for our food to come ! The waiter said “ I know it doesn’t look like we are busy but we have a lot of DoorDash orders we are trying to fill” Everyone at our table of 6 ran out of water with no one coming to refill them! The waiter apologized for the long delay in getting our meal saying “ so sorry for the delay, you know what , I’ll get you more water” as if refilling our water was some kind of perk. I have never experienced such poor service at any other Outback! What a waste of $150!!! Never will I go back there!

I've been going to this OS for a while. The problem with the facility is all dependent on their attitude when you go there. More often than not they typically have a very good attitude, and as a regular customer you remember those waiters that you personally prefer to serve you.

A group of us decided to try Outback since we hadn't been to an Outback restaurant in quite a while. One of the guests was very excited since the one by her home had closed. Two of us arrived earlier and were seated at a booth, then completely ignored by every wait staff that walked by us for 18 minutes (and the restaurant was not busy). When our 3rd guest arrived, we flagged down a wait staff to ask for service, and it took another 5 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waiter took our drink order, and when our 3rd guest arrived, we had to flag down another waiter for her order. We encouraged our 4th guest to look over the menu quickly so we could order. Our meals arrived before our drinks 🍸. One of the chicken entrees had to be sent back to be cooked more. My pecan salad was average at best. A coffee order was forgotten. Honestly, other than our company with one another, it was a forgettable dinner. None of us would recommend this establishment.
Prices for to go orders are the same as sit down but not the quality. Check your to go orders before you pull off because half the ingredients will not be included and if they are will be extremely sparse. I don't mind adding the separate ingredients as it's packaged separately for to go, but add them so I can! But instead I'm met with attitude by the to go order girl because I had to ask for the complete meal including the sauce for my kids chicken tenders. Instead of her realizing the issue that I had to come back in and wait 10min to get the rest of the items while the other food is getting cold, she says "you got tomatoes don't you" "TO go orders dnt come put together ". All i can do is laugh at this point because I haven't gotten enough of giving these food places my hard earn money for them to lazily throw your food together and give attitude when you expect to get what you paid for. It's getting worse and worse. But I know it will happen constantly!

We had a really nice visit yesterday. The Food was great, we were still talking about it the next day. Our server in the bar area was very accommodating and helpful. And finally, the Bloomin' Onion was Perfect. No negatives.

Do not do a curbside or take out order, it will be cold before recieved. Sit in your car or inside for 15 min before anyone even acknowledges you. Waste of money and cold food always!
