It’s 8 AM and Sunday morning. I was wanted to just give the biggest compliments to their staff this morning (especially the young lady on the register/helping). Very friendly and upbeat. Way to start the morning for your customers!

I ordered online I went to store walk to counter no one came over to help me I had to ask someone that was doing something there were 4 teenagers doing nothing I checked my bag everything was there went home emptied bag and the sandwich was lite I ordered BLT with extra bacon there two tiny strips of bacon on it it was bs mess it cost me almost 13 dollars I'm so tired of the service u get at these bs restaurants Panera do better

As a local resident, I’ve noticed this Panera has really gone downhill. I recently scheduled a business meeting here and was honestly embarrassed by the experience. The entire dining area was filthy — not a single table had been wiped down. I had to go up front and ask for something to clean it myself. After waiting far too long (with no line), the staff seemed more interested in grabbing bakery for themselves than helping customers. Eventually, I was handed a wet wipe and told to do it on my own just so we could sit down.
The service is consistently slow, the employees are unfriendly, and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I could overlook slow service, but sitting in a dirty restaurant is not something I’ll return for. Sadly, this location has lost my business.
Just ordered from here through Postmates. Terrible food quality and sloppy presentation. Sandwiches were poorly made. Food is not worth the cost. $10 for 1/4 cup of Mac ‘n cheese is absurd. Only satisfying thing were the cookies. Should never finish lunch feeling robbed! Never again.

Waited almost 15 min for a sandwich and when it came out there was so much mayo the bread wouldn’t stay on the sandwich. No apologies, they just laughed about it.
