I ordered online I went to store walk to counter no one came over to help me I had to ask someone that was doing something there were 4 teenagers doing nothing I checked my bag everything was there went home emptied bag and the sandwich was lite I ordered BLT with extra bacon there two tiny strips of bacon on it it was bs mess it cost me almost 13 dollars I'm so tired of the service u get at these bs restaurants Panera do better

As a local resident, I’ve noticed this Panera has really gone downhill. I recently scheduled a business meeting here and was honestly embarrassed by the experience. The entire dining area was filthy — not a single table had been wiped down. I had to go up front and ask for something to clean it myself. After waiting far too long (with no line), the staff seemed more interested in grabbing bakery for themselves than helping customers. Eventually, I was handed a wet wipe and told to do it on my own just so we could sit down.
The service is consistently slow, the employees are unfriendly, and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I could overlook slow service, but sitting in a dirty restaurant is not something I’ll return for. Sadly, this location has lost my business.

Just ordered from here through Postmates. Terrible food quality and sloppy presentation. Sandwiches were poorly made. Food is not worth the cost. $10 for 1/4 cup of Mac ‘n cheese is absurd. Only satisfying thing were the cookies. Should never finish lunch feeling robbed! Never again.

Ordered 30 min early for an 810am pickup. Arrive at 810 and they don’t know if the order exists and haven’t bothered to prepare it. Not busy, not backed up on to go orders. The staff just moving at a snail’s pace. Now I’m running late for work.
Received a half raw croissant sandwich where the croissant looked like a pancake. Apparently they can’t handle throwing frozen dough in an oven. The salad was ugly. Half full, smaller than it should be, ingredients just dumped in in small handfuls and not correctly. Brown lettuce. Not appealing.
Also—not following panera processes and using the pickup shelves as they’re supposed to. The point of grab and go is so busy people can do just that, grab and go not wait in line and ask around.

Me and my baby go to an appointment out of town once a week. I always stop here and eat myself and feed him it's a nice relaxing vibe. And anything I try food wise is always great. Their specialty drinks taste super bad though. Tastes like alcohol is in it.

I have never been treated so rudely at 8am. I wanted to order my sandwich so I could get it on a bagel because the last 4 times I ordered at a kiosk it did not let me select a bagel. The manager was so rude and condescending treating me like I didnt know how to put my order in. When I politely but firmly explained my dilemma and motioned for her to leave because she started off kinda aggressive and rude she put her hands in the air like I was the problem. I just wanted to order my food with a real person and she as the manager refused basically.

Ran in and ordered hot chocolate and a large lemonaide blueberry lavender drink. The hot chocolate was just hot milk and the lemonade was so tart it was undeniable. Wasted 13.00 today. Will be cling on Monday to get my money back. I have had both of these drinks many times at other locations. Never been like this. The staff were really lacking on customer service skulls also. Would never go here again.
