I go to this Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar location exclusively. The staff are very friendly, professional, and respectful. They are always ready to help the customers. The atmosphere is very pleasant and their products are always fresh. I would recommend you stop in and enjoy the service.

Not that this review will change anything but let me say this first. I am a real person ? Ion normally give reviews but the customer service was pretty bad..The drink i had was not blended all the way but it was ok, ~Off Topic~ it always becomes an awkward silence when you try to bring joy to peoples world but yk the saying you can’t make everyone happy…

Pulp Smoothie in Independence definitely deserves five stars! I ordered the Protein Packer online, and it was fantastic. The combination of banana and chocolate flavors is absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. The online ordering process was smooth and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The smoothie was thick, creamy, and incredibly satisfying, making it an excellent choice for a nutritious treat. The staff was friendly and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. I come to this location several times a week on my lunch break and I always order the same thing. Smoothies are hit or miss depending on who makes them. Came two days in a row ordered the same thing price was $1.25 higher next day, I asked if there was a price increase and was told yes last week, ok that doesn’t explain the $1.25 increase from the day before. Anyhow will be taking a break from this location for a while, it’s too inconsistent from the price and taste of the smoothies. Total was $15 gave cashier $20 bill she gave me back $4.50, I let it go but they definitely need to get her trained so this doesn’t continue to happen.

At this location the cashier the last couple of times hasn't been able to count back change correctly, she is either giving to much change or is not giving enough back. Idk if the screen displays the correct change back or not. Also got the same smooties with two different prices, receipt display one having a different kind of almond milk vs the other. Please get the young lady train. The smoothies can be a hit or miss depending on who makes them. Love this location, but please get the cashier train correctly.

I freaking love pulp. That ginger elixir ????. Having said that, I only stop at this location because it's convenient. This is the most inconsistent pulp ive ever been to. They should stick to the recipe. I ordered a 32o ginger elixir today for example. Ginger is supposed to kick a bit, but today it tasted like watered down oj. And it's def not the first time. Please take this to heart. Follow the recipe ?

I gotta say the Newer management there is great! There was a time I said I wouldn’t go back there because management before was horrible! I’m so glad I gave it another chance to find spectacular improvement! My office always has larger orders and they are fast and always correct.
