This is the best Pulp I have eaten at. The smoothies are always on point, wraps and bowls are delicious, and service is friendly and fast. Happy customer!

My first time going to this location in Independence, OH! I stopped by this morning before work and was more than pleased with my experience. I was greeted upon entering and the employee at the register was very polite. I ordered 2 regular sized smoothies and both were complete within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this location!

I had the Chicken Ceasar wrap sub ranch instead of the ceasar dressing and add tomatoes on a spinach herb tortilla with a medium Kale Kapow smoothie + raspberry sorbet with immunity and vitamin. Everything was so delicious as usual. The staff was friendly and the store was super clean and orderly. Please train your employees to be nicer. It’s crazy how the business owner goes back and forth with their customers when they report a problem that happened in their establishment. You are a bully and a narcissist trying to gaslight my experience. You need to learn to resolve issues without being confrontational with people who spent money with you.

Strawberries were not fresh and the owner is rude and unprofessional. I reported the behavior of one of the employees and the owner just dismissed my feelings and stated that they didn't see it on the camera. I can't believe that the owner would conduct business that way.
