Horrible food ! The restaurant smells greasy. I won’t never come back

We ordered take out. I understand it’s a busy Saturday, so I don’t mind that it took longer the estimated time. What I do mind is we decided to have a quick drink while we waited. The bartender told us she would be right over and 10 minutes later still hadn’t come back. We got up and left to just get our food and good. Once getting to our hotel, since we are traveling from out of time, we realized they gave us no silverware, even though there is a specific option asking for it when ordering, my salad had no dressing, and I paid extra to add avocado, which was not on my burger. The burgers were overcooked, and over all everything was just okay.

I spent 60.00 waited forever was suppose to get a refund never got and will never go there again ever.they should spend less talking an playing an more time focusing on there guest.

Our waitress was good. Hostess wasn't happy we showed up 30 minutes before closing. Woman mgr kept yelling out, kitchen closing in 25 minutes. In 20 min. Etc obnoxious.

Haley was our server. She was pleasant and friendly. Service was prompt. Atmosphere was too cold in the restaurant. Spoiled by inconsiderate parents with a screaming baby. Veggie burger and steak fries were delicious.

Wait staff was excellent. Food was very good except for the fish in the fish and chips.
The fish was overcooked and brown instead of golden. Fish and chips have always been excellent and this was a surprising disappointment.
The prices for food having gone up, the quality needs to stay high.

Parking: The parking lot is well maintained and free with plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old grandson was able to order for himself, the waitress gave him the attention he needed without intimidating him. Loved that! She had a great conversation with him to aid his ordering!!
