We had a party of 12. Our server was great but as with most places, they are short staffed, so our server was running like crazy. My 3 stars are for Red Robin not keeping up with renovating and cleanliness. After a while chains like this that don’t keep on top of things, they end up like an old dirty Perkins or iHop. I wasn’t expecting that with this one in Independence considering the location but it doesn’t look like they are doing much for upkeep. Sadly. Idk why, they...

Food is always good. Had a problem one time with a to go order but it was fixed right away, besides that everything has been perfect every time. Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. Customer service is great also.

Disappointing today. Each round of bottomless fries for our party of seven had some fries fresh and hot and some Luke warm. Three of us ordered beer and all three (different brands) were warmer than any beer should be.
