Made my drink last after making other customer’s orders, when I ordered first before the line formed. No acknowledgement. Bad customer service.

The employees make this location wonderful. It’s nice and personable to be remembered on a first named basis. Marcus and Carrie are both efficient and kind. My drinks are consistently good. Location is clean. Easy to get in and out. Only complaint is when patrons putting their online orders block the fire lane instead of parking 10 feet over in a designated spot.

One employee was extremely rude when I came in today, had a lot of attitude and was yelling and kept giving dirty looks. I don’t remember his name was he was blonde with long hair (with a ponytail today.) and glasses. The drinks were fine but that specific employee was so disrespectful and the other employee saw the rude employee yelling at me and didn’t say anything to apologize for their behavior.

This isn't about the store itself but about one of its employees. While having dinner at the restaurant next door (5/8/2025), a blonde Starbucks employee in a yellow shirt marched over. And instead of speaking politely or even with basic courtesy, she loudly demanded to know whose car was parked out front because they were expecting a delivery.

Yes, the car should not have been there. It belonged to a DoorDash driver. But rather than handle the situation with any level of professionalism, the employee chose to argue loudly with the driver. She scolded her for parking there, claiming it was a fire lane and repeating that they had a delivery coming.

Strangely, the delivery truck was allowed to park in the same spot. Blocking the sidewalk, lift gate extended, and there were no cones, signs, or anyone present to ensure safety.

There was absolutely no need for the attitude or the volume. The entire situation could have been managed calmly and respectfully. Instead, this employee made it clear she had no regard for anyone outside her own sense of authority, including those dining nearby.

Went in to grab a quick drink and use the restroom. The girls were so sweet and drew kitties on our cups, that honestly made my night. Thank you

An update to my original 5 star review I always have a wonderful experience at Starbucks on Rockside Rd., and I just have to mention how amazing the service is. Devin, the barista, is incredibly friendly and kind, making my visits so much more enjoyable. From the moment I walk in, Devin greets me with a warm smile and makes sure I feel welcome. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it really mades a difference in my day. Highly recommend this Starbucks location – great coffee and even better service!

Takes forever; disgusting corporate trash; terrible coffee; overpriced

My Chai Tea Latte did not have much flavor and seemed to be made with water instead of milk. I won't be wasting my money again. Starbucks has declined and sadly lost a customer today.

Terrible attitudes and I tipped I asked for a shot of espresso and it wasn’t even 3 drops literally nothing in it I get espresso everyday from Starbucks never has it been nothing in this cup

Whoever made my doordash order needs a raise this is the best coffee I had in a very long time
