The Independence location is my go to when I want to grab a drink, sit in and work on College work. The Sunday staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and polite. They keep clean and do their best to help a customer with their concerns. The music can be loud at times but I am still able enjoy my experience when I visit.

I watched the guy make my drinks, I asked for light ice and more than half my cup was ice and he left half the extra drink in the mix cup and i got the lavender cream matcha and idk what was wrong with it but the sweet cream went all the way to the bottom and mixed in immediately and turned the whole drink a nasty brown color right away and the powder sank to a thick mixture at the bottom and then I never realized a caramel macchiatto is literally 90% milk why the hell is it so expensive then? Very disappointed today
