Last night I ordered two 12 inch subs a steak and a Meatball. It was about 6 pm. The subs were for the most part inedible! The cheese was un- melted, both were cold, the bread on both was soaked and falling apart in our hands with layers of mushy tomatoes and wilted lettuce. And they were marked wrong as to which was the steak and which was the meatball. We picked the meat out of the slime and gave it to our dog. What a waste of $25! This store is only 10 minutes from my house, 20 minutes round trip. If this is all the pride they have they should lock the doors.

My husband went there today and got a foot long. It had only 4 pieces of roast beef on it. He questioned the person waiting on him. They pulled a chart out that said. It only gets 4 pieces of roast beef on it! This is ridiculous! It cost him 14$ for bread and 4 pieces of roast beef. He said he will never patronize another subway! What a rip off!!!!

Their website is broken and has been for an unknown length of time. This forces you to the app. The app sucks and cannot handle doing anything quickly. Every takes forever to get to the next step. When checking out with a gift card that has more than the order they force a cc on it and then charge that. The restaurant claims they can't refund and update to the gift card. What a scummy company.
Right when you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces. I will certainly be eating Subway more with that kind of customer service. As an added bonus it was also a very clean, even after the lunch rush!

Didn't have my wallet at lunch today and was having issues with a newly bought gift card on my phone until the owner and staff helped me out! This is the nicest and cleanest Subway in Northeast Ohio I have ever been too. Food is always fresh too! Would highly recommend stopping and seeing for yourself.
