I wish I could give them a 0 !!!! I placed my order online and went to pick it up in 20 minutes, as it should be ready (simple burger and fries). Well, when I got there, they haven’t even started making it yet and the place wasn’t busy at all. Got out with my order after waiting for 45 minutes and the food was….., terrible. This place needs to be closed permanently.

If you're looking to go out to eat do not look here. I have tried eating in this restaurant the service was completely atrocious and the food was subpar and some of it was missing. I put in an order to be delivered I paid for cheese on my hash browns and extra veggies in my omelette and got none of that. From the service and the restaurant to the quality of food this place is garbage and really needs to either be totally revamped or shut down it is not worth the money.

Never experienced this before no where. First received coffee no sugar or stir to enjoy my coffee it just took the waitress 10 minutes to bring me sugar and took my eating utensils to another table before the people at the other table let her know that maybe for that table. Then 2 other tables come in after us and they get there food first we still waiting for or food. 45 minutes pass by. Paid for coffee and left. Bad service hopefully no one else has this experience. I will never go back

Ya took down my Scumdog Fishing thing! Ya lose an extra star for lack of coolness! Anywho... This place gets SLAMMED after dark, so if you said no to Sheets, Taco Bell, or raiding a family member's fridge... reconsider! I watched em kick out about 4-5 parties that had been waiting at least 45 mins (granted, they were being rude and obnoxious from the moment they entered)! But... After waiting patiently ourselves for around an hour, I was pleasantly surprised at their demeanor and the food was tasty! Shout out to the cooks and servers that stick it out and bust their glutius maximi (Maximuses? Maximi? 🤷🏻♂️)! You are appreciated and not about contributing factor for the score given, which is a reflection of (in my opinion), mismanagement, poor scheduling, and probably a lot of unlucky hands dealt here. This place could be great... let's hope we see that change!

Ordered delivery got complete wrong food called them and the driver had to go back food sent the second time was burnt and made completely wrong and cold and disgusting and burnt when I called them they was beyond rude and nasty to me and it was uncalled for when they charged me for food that went in trash

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no onion. The only thing on the chicken was onion. Ordered through delivery on website and food arrived completely cold. Was not able to eat the food. Very poor experience. Won't be back or use the delivery service either

The burger den is really a ghetto Denny's. It's literally a Denny's so the name is misleading. There were not enough servers so the service was not great. The workers are overwhelmed and over worked. The worst Denny's I e ever been to and I've been to quite a few.

Had hopes this would a better version of food then the dennys its made in. It was just basic dennys food had 5 onio rings in each order and very few mushrooms or sauce on the burger the bread was very rubbery and stretched when you tried to pull it apart .. milk shakes were more like just plain strawberry milk with no whipped cream
