Ordered ahead online for my lunch break at this location. When I arrived my order had just gotten to their system, so I decided to be patient and wait. By the time my lunch break ended, (30 mins later) I went online, followed the directions and called the store for a refund. Only for the Denny’s manager to tell me she couldn’t provide one because the order was not a denny’s order. Now I have to wait to dispute with my bank and I wasted a lunch break. Never again.
terrible service for black group of well mannered people that came into the store to dine in. they were told they couldn't seat a party of 6 only a party of 4. when the patrons agreed to be seated in separate groups across the restaurant not even 4 and 4 but just 3 and 3, they were still denied service. And were talked to by all staff like they didn't care if they came in at separate times, but that two new groups of 3 people could be seated above them. of course they got upset. both cashiers and security refused service to them I front of everyone. I was not the only one voicing concern about this. terrible. just close the lobby if you're understaffed on a Friday night where you're open 24hrs. ridiculous. example of throwing rocks and acting like you don't understand why someone is upset.
Ghost kitchen it's all fake. Don't go here or to Dennys that allows this.
Nothing could top it. Insurmountable.
Ordered the classic meltdown. Cheese isn’t melted, and it looks like a child threw it together in art class. This has happened both times I’ve come here
We had planned to eat at Red Robin down the street. They were open until 11pm; we arrived at 10:30, and were greeted by one crew member sighing audibly and another telling us they weren’t seating anymore. Excuse me? If you’re open until 11, you should be seating until 11! Well, it was clear they didn’t want our business, so we went down the street to Denny’s, with its reputation for lousy service, but being “always open.” At least we could get food! The restaurant was crowded. We were shown immediately to a table, and received possibly the most attentive service ever in spite of a single server managing about a dozen tables. The food was good, the service was outstanding and our experience was absolutely stellar.
Absolute worst experience I ever had. Get some new employees… ones without attitudes…. Door greet was atrocious
