We had planned to eat at Red Robin down the street. They were open until 11pm; we arrived at 10:30, and were greeted by one crew member sighing audibly and another telling us they weren’t seating anymore. Excuse me? If you’re open until 11, you should be seating until 11! Well, it was clear they didn’t want our business, so we went down the street to Denny’s, with its reputation for lousy service, but being “always open.” At least we could get food! The restaurant...
