I was in the area. I heard about the establishment on the news. It was two people in front of me. They walked out. Nobody came to greet them. Then I walked out. I don’t know. It was some young gentleman back there working, but I don’t understand. No one came to greet anyone and we all just walked out. I hope this can be resolved. Maybe I’ll come back in the future, but this definitely needs to be dealt with and I was really wanting to try this place on this nice Friday of November.
First time here,I got the apple cobbler. It was very good but the service was terrible, the cashier had a really bad attitude I might return.

Doors were locked upon arrival within business hours with no note on the door as to why. We drove 45 minutes to experience this place for the first time and it was a total waste. There was a guy in the back of the store and would not come to the front to inform customer of what was going on. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!
excellent service and the cobbler is amazing! definitely recommend

I have struggled to find a place with blackberry pie here in Cleveland so the blackberry cobbler was AMAZING! My stepson enjoyed the strawberry cobbler. I also got a cinnamon roll but I have to wait and try that for breakfast.

I am absolutely fuming after ordering the "dessert flight" from The Peach Cobbler Factory. For a jaw-dropping $22, I got four pitiful, one-inch cups of cobbler. These portions are so small, they’re laughable! This is nothing short of a scam.
What makes this even more insulting is that my husband ordered a large, indulgent milkshake from the same place for just $12. That’s right—$10 for a milkshake but they have the audacity to charge more than double for these pathetic samples? The price difference is absolutely absurd.
This is a textbook case of ripping off customers. The Peach Cobbler Factory clearly thinks they can get away with charging outrageous prices for minuscule portions, and it feels like they’re laughing all the way to the bank.
It's almost as if they’re daring you to complain, seeing how far they can push the boundaries of charging outrageous prices for barely a taste of what’s advertised. The Peach Cobbler Factory should be ashamed of themselves for pulling this stunt and scamming customers out of their hard-earned money.
If you want to throw $22 down the drain, this is the place. Otherwise, save your time, your money, and your dignity by going somewhere that doesn’t blatantly rip people off.

This place is a JOKE!! My first time here with my husband and the LAST. There was no Peach Cobbler and the name leads with Peach Cobbler!! The cashier/server this young man was very dry and was not personable at all! When you are out of something note that so we won’t have to ask your ignorantly rude staff, who has to answer.
We won’t be back! And I will tell anyone who asks me not to waste the trip or their time. We traveled over 20 minutes from Brunswick to check the hype, we were disappointed!!!!!

Was just driving through the parking lot of the Rockside Corners Shopping Center when the wife spotted the Peach Cobbler Factory, so… of course, we had to stop. We just had dinner nearby and wasn’t really looking to have dessert, so we decide to share one. Got the mango peach cobbler with the ice cream on the side - $8. You order at the counter and it’s made to order. It takes just a few minutes. Smoke of tables and chairs so you can sit down and enjoy your dessert. It was really good - lots of mango and peach pieces/slices. The vanilla ice cream on the side was also very good. If I had to nitpick, I thought the dessert was a tad too sweet, but again - that’s just nitpicking. I would go back!

Peach cobbler was horrible tasted like alot of sugar and not enough breading to balance out flavor. Service was fast but customer service was terrible.

This is a note for the owner or manager, Great concept BUT you need more workers immediately. I understand pay rates may be low but highschoolers who don’t have manners are not a good look for your business. Also when there is no line it shouldn’t take 30 minutes unless made FRESH, which is wasn’t. Maybe it’ll be nicer if you had someone in the front to constantly greet and take orders, instead of all workers in the back otp and rolling eyes when they have to take orders. BUT Praline cobbler is good.

I was there last Saturday 09/07/24 with my cousin. It was my final stop on my visit to my hometown. I ordered the Peach Cobbler and my cousin ordered the Peach Cobbler, Apple Cobbler and Banana Pudding. Price wise it was fair. Service was good. It wasn't over the top but the young lady at the counter was nice, polite and patient. The wait to receive your order isn't bad considering your getting a nice warm Cobbler. As for the Cobbler/s themselves. Everything tasted fresh and from scratch which I personally greatly appreciated. It was just enough crust and peaches whereas it balances each other out. The little scoop of vanilla ice cream with a dash of cinnamon on top was delicious but definitely could have used a little more. Now the Banana Pudding wasn't to our taste. It was more like a box Pudding vs made from scratch. It only had a hint of Banana flavor it was more so vanilla. It didn't contain bananas at all which was disappointing for us. Maybe if a person prefer that they would like it. Overall it was a delicious and good experience. I think I'll personally stick with ordering the Cobbler/s. I do intend on trying so of the other flavors.

Remember that little square section of desert you would get in your 1980’s microwave Swenson TV dinner? It’s about that good.
Today I got lucky, there was no line and the wait for the food was short. The cobbler was hot and delicious. I'll certainly be back.
