This is a gem. You literally don't need to fly to the Philippines to be in the Philippines.... The love, the fun natured people, everyone literally coming together never know each other and can sing like the voice... I mean the talent is ridiculous. But the food for the love of God is literally made by hand by the owner tita, each time and it is made with absolute love and grace. You will want to try everything and take some home and not break the bank. Give it a try and then bring the rest of your family.

One of the best things I ever ate.
This was the first time trying Filipino food. I let her know and she went through the whole menu explaining everything to me. She was passionate while describing the dishes, which gave me high hopes.
At her suggestion I ordered the Lumpia Shanghai appetizer. These were spring rolls with a pork filling. They were great. Heat hot from being freshly made. The wrapper was crispy and the filling had a ton of flavor in a small package. It has a sweet and sour/ chili dip. It doesn’t need it, but went really well with it. I also got a Four Seasons juice drink to go with my meal.
For the entree I ordered the Sisig. I pork belly and tofu onions, chili peppers, mayo (I hate mayo but this added a lot of flavor). It is served on a hot plate. Similar to fajitas. They crack an egg on top. Squeeze some lemon and stir it up. The more you stir, the more the egg cooks. Like I said up top. This is, if not THE best, definitely one of the best things I ever ate. It was so good I ate way more than I should have. I was stuffed half way through, but kept going.
Dessert was a salted Ube brownie. I think it is a purple sweet potato brownie. I had it to-go since I couldn’t eat another bite.

I was absolutely blown away at how good my meal was; I had the tofu pancit, pork lumpia, and ube brownie. The tofu pancit was easily enough for 3 meals and it was delicious! The pork lumpia was one of the best things I’ve eaten this year and the ube brownie was so unique and wonderful. I wish I lived closer, I’d eat here all the time.
