Hosted a party for my
Brother and daughter. Our family and friends all had a great time. Food and drinks were very good. Game options were fun for all ages from 13-50’s.

This was our 1st time here at Independence, OH and the game and atmosphere was wonderful. But the service and the food was terrible. It took an hour and a half before our food showed up. It was cold and terrible. Half of it was sent back. We only had the bay 2 hours. So we were expected to scarf what we kept down because we had to be out the bay. The service was awful. I’m not sure if I’ll go back even though we had a great time golfing. The service was horrible. I’ve reached out to customer service and haven’t heard anything back.

We’re currently taking our SVC Marketing Road Show to several Topgolf locations across the Midwest, and our second stop in Cleveland absolutely did not disappoint. This was a corporate event for us, and the venue was perfect — great atmosphere, well organized, and ideal for connecting with our customers and partners.

A special thank you to Diane and Kerry — they were fantastic with all of our guests and truly went above and beyond. Friendly, attentive, and extremely professional, they made sure everyone felt welcome and taken care of throughout the entire event.

Cleveland Topgolf helped make our event a big success, and we would absolutely recommend this location for corporate events, networking gatherings, or team outings.

I called to see if they were open. Their a.i. answered the phone and after asking multiple times they said yes they are open. My sister then called and talked to a representative at their main office and they said yes they are open. We are currently sitting in their empty parking lot, 1.5 hours away from my house, the doors are locked and they are in fact closed.

Super fun winter activity! My sons birthday party was here, had 12 people and it was a blast golfing in the snow. Food is great! Atmosphere is awesome!

Visited Topgolf Independence in Ohio and had a fantastic time. The facility is fun, modern, and great whether you’re there to practice your swing or just hang out with friends. The bays are spacious and comfortable, and the technology makes it really easy to enjoy hitting targets—even if you’re a beginner.

The food and drinks were tasty and came quickly, which added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Whether you’re celebrating an event, going on a casual outing, or just looking for a fun way to spend a few hours, Topgolf Independence is a great choice.

Went here for a birthday and it was very fun. When you book online you can go to your bay with pretty much no wait. Staff is friendly.

It was my daughters 21st birthday, the service sucked Lets start with after spending over 200.00 we werent even offered to extend on our bay. But they wanted to move us...ok no cause by the time we got our food we only had 30 mins left...so from the time our server actually got our drinks in 20 mins after we got there we were able to order our apps. At 58 mins left we wanted to renew for another hour and were told no.
So with that said. 38 mins left we finally got our food had to eat quick and golf and take half our food home. I was told I could rebook for another lane but yet all our food was at our lane. Such a waste of 240.00 I wish we would of just went to Dave and Busters. It would have been more fun.

We were really disappointed with our night here. Came with the family which was group of 5. We looked online for availability and 90 minutes was $85 if we reserved. it was 7:30 and reservering bay said it would not be until 9 so decided to just do a walk in. When we got there they said it was a half hour wait which was fine because reserving was an hour. While waiting we ordered 2 martini's. mine was half full and tasted terrible. I went to the bartender and she just said thats how it is. My husband's martini was also not made right and we asked for something else but she said she could not do that. We then got the bay. The big driver golf club was old and the rubber part on it was falling off. The machine was not registering correctly (not alot just sometimes but made keep scoring pointless) Also when we went to pay 90 minutes was $93 instead of $85 as stated online. I mentioned to waiter and he just said he didnt know why. We normally do enjoy coming here once in a while but for the prices and what you get definitely not worth it. Most likely wouldn't come back. To expensive and not worth it.

Not my 1st time but finally I have to write a review about the food. It was 10 of us and we ordered 3 different kinds of chicken wings, flatbreads, sliders, chips and queso etc. Wings were dry and absolutely not edible. Sliders with chicken- bun was so sweet - disgusting. Chips and queso were ok, flatbread- so so. I will make sure to never go hungry there as golf is fun. Beer selection was ok, I wish they had more non alcoholic varieties though. Will I come again- absolutely, but only for the golf and never the food!

Our food and drinks took an hour each on our two hour bay reservation and then we were told that we couldn’t extend our golf time due to reservations, we walked to the front desk and they were able to immediately get us another bay on another floor, once we got to the next bay it again took an hour for us to get our food and when we washed to extend, same answer, can’t because of reservations, on our way out I asked how long a wait would be and they said there’s no wait, so clearly there was no reservations, bad service, golf tracers were working 80% of the time

Ordered our food when we arrived. Did not get our food until 15 minutes before our session ended. We were playing golf for an hour and forty-five minutes before receiving our food. It took about 45 minutes to get our drinks. Kind of ruins the evening. Won’t go back. Giving this location another six months before it’s out of business.
