Two orders in a row my sandwich was not made correctly. Dave's double, add bacon. Each sandwich was missing the bacon. First time... no big deal but twice in a row. Gotta leave a review.

This morning 11/29/2025 I went to this location on Rockside rd & ordered a breakfast sandwich & burrito at 7:37am I was asked to move out past the door this wasn’t the problem I got my food at 7:44 and pulled off at 7:50 I sent my sandwich back across the parking lot be a corrected because it was the wrong one. My daughter was told on the speaker as the lobby wasn’t open, that I would have to call in & tell them my sandwich was wrong & I would have 72 hours to get another on. Which makes zero sense if the sandwich is in hand & she was already there. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy

Not gonna lie, tough time. Walked in and the workers passed us the whole time we were there before we eventually walked out. The service was so slow I had time to memorize the entire Wendy’s menu… in Spanish.

My husband order food for the two of us around 2:00pm on Wednesday 11/12/25. His burger was fine. However, my spicy chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer since the beginning of lunch. My chicken sandwich was so rubbery that I could barely bite a piece off. Then I tried calling to speak with a manager for a replacement, and no one answered the phone (I called twice). This was so inconvenient, seeing as I have an infant and no time to drive out there on the fly for a sandwich that should have been fresh when it was bagged the first time. Unacceptable and we will not be back. Fast food should be a last resort anyway. You all should not be in business.

Terrible service. Once I waiting for a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru, I waited for my food at the window to understand why the girl taking orders was taking so long. She was taking one order-m and then waiting until the food was made to take the next order! Hardly fast food

Slow as hell drive-through. I usually give a lot of grace to those in the service industry but their drive-through is always wrapped around the building because they're so slow. And this is during lunch rush, where you think they would know it's going to be busy and would be more on the ball.

Going inside? It's more of the same. I waited almost 20 minutes to have my order taken either inside or out. The difference is inside you can see the employees have zero hustle. They could have a line back to their lobby doors or wrapped around the building and they still act like only one or two people are there.

I can't complain about the food. It's fine. You'd think it would be fresher for as long as you'll end up waiting but it's just fine. Lobby is always dirty and doors have been locked on a couple of occasions so going inside isn't always an option.

I'm basically done coming here. If you're just out and about and have 30 minutes to kill waiting to eat, go for it, but if you're on a lunch break, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

I didn't receive items I ordered. The food was cold. They were definitely understaffed. I will not return to this location. Lobby wasn't very clean either. I'm physically disabled and walking on wet floors wasn't very safe either. No wet floor signs displayed. It was raining at time of my visit on 10/23/2025.
