We typically order through the app as we have a family of 5 and there's multiple customizations. Everything is always hot and fresh when we pick it up, and correct!
The employees are always kind, patient, and helpful.

Timed it: I sat for 6 minutes 31 seconds at the speaker before anyone said anything. Very confusing, there was only one car in front of me. Never had a quick experience at this Wendy’s, consistently terrible service. The staff is kind, but everyone in the area knows to avoid this Wendy’s if you have anywhere to be in the next hour.

The Night time staff is trash, they take orders every 20-30 minutes. I had to leave and come back because their system was down and they thought I was going to wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour for my mobile order that I placed a hour before my 2nd attempt to get my food. I know yall need place holders but get better ones who know what customer service is.

This place only gets two stars because the crew is very hard working. I've been coming here the past two days for lunch and its been at least 90 degrees in the lobby so i can only imagine how hot is is in the kitchen. In the middle of a heat advisory at that. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. Multiple employees told me they refuse to fix the AC, all the money Wendy's make and too cheap to actually give the staff some air. Shame on you. Its too hot to be running these workers like machines. And we spend too much money for us as customers to have to sit in miserable conditions. Hope they give you guys some air soon summer is just starting

I went for breakfast before work. I was the only person in the drive thru. The worker was extremely rude slamming the drive thru window twice. Such a shame I frequent that Wendy's often as I work nearby. I won't be back
