What a horrible experience. Fries COLD new fancy sauced nuggets, if fry oil is the sauce taste you were going for, NAILED IT. Took 30 plus minutes to get my "fast" food in the drive thru. Told my bill was $21 got to the window was told $15 and then given 2 orders of food because they had NO CLUE who ordered what or what order they were on. Rest of my food and the wife's plus the "extra" bag we got all went in the garbage. But the employees sure seemed to be having a jolly old time. Will never be back to this location.

Me and six other cars waited in line for 20 minutes before we got our order taken. Then, when we waited at the window, we saw the manager standing around dancing while only one girl was making food. 6 cars left the line before someone finally responded. Horrible management, your losing customers and business, this place needs to find new management. And we didn’t get the fries we ordered.

Chrissy is the life blood of this place. Everytime I choose Wendy's for lunch/dinner she's one of the hardest workers there. Prime example of this is effectively running the whole store with only 2 people. Herself and a newbie that wasn't even fully trained. She was doing it though tonight, which amazed me to no end. Supposedly the rest of the staff scheduled either quit, left, or called off.
Frankly I'm not sure what happened, but Wendy's corporate if you do indeed read these reviews: Consider giving Chrissy a chance at rising higher or at the very least a stable team. Cheers

My husband and I stayed in the area and decided to walk over and have dinner inside of Wendy's. The staff especially the manager that night was very friendly and went out of his way to take our order and make us feel at home!! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Will be going back for sure!!

My wife and I are visiting Independence, Ohio. We are staying at the fabulous Red Roof Inn on Quarry Lane. We were out shopping , and became hungry for a good burger. My wife did a search , and found that the Wendy's dining room on Dockside Road is open till 10 p.m. The atmosphere of this Wendy's is remarkable. It is very modern and classic at the same time, if you will. The artwork on the walls was inspirational and beautiful. The staff are so outgoing and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The employee who served us was so outgoing and accommodating, it made me feel as if he was a long time friend. The food was delicious. The French fries were hot and salty , just the way we like them. Our order was perfectly made , even napkins were included, and no ketchup on our burgers. Restaurants always overlook these details for us it seems. The dining room was spotless, and quiet , and quaint. The outside of the building can be mistaken for a bank , or a City Hall if a downtown metropolis. I give this place 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 on our foodie scale. We will definitely be back soon . Thank You all for your attention to detail , and friendly conversation.

This is the worst Wendys I have been to. To say the service is slow is an understatement. They will only serve one car at a time in the drive thru. I have waited 20 mins before from getting in line and getting my food. Not fast at all.

it’s 8pm how the hell are you out of frosty. Wendy’s is a disaster always out of something.
Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Not sure what’s going on with staffing. But it’s all bad. Get help. 30 minutes for food is unacceptable. I can get food faster in a restaurant that I have to sit down at. Fast food means urgency. They lack this for sure. Oh and all I ordered was a burger. Never coming back.

One minute turns into 18 and they never come back. Meanwhile as you decide to leave you can see them standing in the window goofing around and playing on their phones. Crazy times!

The interior feels open, empty and sterile. The employees aren't all that friendly and work incredibly slowly, even without a lunch rush. I usually avoid this Wendy's.
Parking: Be careful coming in and out due to traffic.
