1. Never any parking ever.
2 hosts are super rude always
3. 30 min wait no big deal as we love the food and our son loves claw machines so we waited. When we were called to a table our host spirited to a table didn't ask if we wanted a kids menu for our child (2 year old) did not offer a booster seat or highchair so I went looking for one of those. I found one and brought it to the table and got my baby all set up ready to order. We then wait forever for our terrible waiter to come over to get drink orders since we waited so long to get our drinks in, we told him we were ready to order he told us to wait and he would be right back TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES later he came back to put our food in mind you he wasn't filling our drinks either and had a terrible attitude the whole time. Then, after we put our food in another half hour goes by and I catch him and ask about our food just because it's hard to keep a 2 year old sitting this long. He goes into the kitchen 5 min later, brings out my wifes and sons food, and tells me mine isn't done. 5 more minutes go by, and a lady comes out of the kitchen to tell me that the waiter put my order in wrong and they are going to put my wings in now. I told them not to as I would not have time to eat them because, again, I had to get the kid home. They seemed shocked that I didn't want to wait even longer. The older bearded waiter never came back to the table to apologize or say anything but was laughing it up with the table next to us. I had to literally flag him down for the check. We will stick with the other locations. Every time we come to this location, it is absolutely awful.

Great place for groups or just couples. Very good food, wider and tastier than typical bar food. Very good wings. Crystal is an excellent server - ask for her!

We arrived and we were told it was a 30 minute wait. We were sat after 30 minutes and when we were sat, the host did not bring our toddler a kids menu or a high chair. We had to go get a high chair ourselves. Our server finally came to get our drink order after 10 minutes, at which time he said he would be right back for our food order, even though we indicated we were ready to order. After being seated for 25 minutes, the server finally came to take our order. After being there 55 minutes, we asked the server how much longer would the wait be for our food since we had a hungry two year old. He walked away to check and came back five minutes later with half our food. He told us that the wings would be right up. After my son and I were about half way finished with our food, another staff member came over to check with us and she told us that the server put my husbands order in wrong and they were just cooking his food. My husband told them that he no longer wanted the food since we were almost done eating and we had been sitting for over an hour. We had the flag the server down to get our check because he was avoiding our table. We will not be returning to this location.

its crazy seein' them lizards down in ohio, they rlly swaggin'. i was met by a lizard when i drove past this restaurant, made me wonder if the food is actually good. looked at other reviews and it look rlly good ngl.

Me and some friends came in Friday night 12-13-2024 after coming from the Polar Express train ride.
Our waiter Mike was awesome and the food was delicious.
Will definitely be returning.

Started off rough, sat for over 5 minutes with no server. I asked for a different table on the bar side. Alec R. killed it! Super nice, attentive, genuine, funny! Give this guy a raise! This is now our favorite location!

Any of the Winking lizards has fantastic food and fantastic service and a well-balanced menu

Parking: The parking lot is large but limited and it does share with a hotel be careful do not park in the hotel lot

Ordered take out. The chili was fair and could have tasted better if they added cheddar cheese or something else, so I will not order it again. The loaded fries were also a disappointment. The menu listed that it was made with cheddar cheese, but it was made with processed fake cheese like Velveeta. First time disappointment with my food selections. I will stick to their salads or wings.

Went for an office get together. Was there for three and a half hours. Had a blast. Food and service were great. We will go back again.
