Placed a $50 order for pickup. I received 20 boneless wings with the sauces that I ordered and 20 with the wrong sauce. I also did not receive the ranch dressing or carrots and celery (6ea.) that was ordered. I did receive 15 bone-in wings with the correct sauces. Unfortunately, this was not discovered until arriving at home. Pretty disappointed with the service.

Food was warm, and good. Only complaint is very dlow service gets worse every visit. 15 minutes to be seen after being seated.

Walked into a nearly empty dining room in the afternoon, placed an order, and waited half an hour to get an order of chips with queso. Took another twenty minutes to get my order, and got the wrong sauce on my wings. As it was time to pay the bill, I had a drink spilled on me. Never returning to BWW.
