I placed a delivery order at 8:30, by 9:30 it still wasn’t there. I tried calling because I could go get it if it was already ready. I call 12 times. No answer. Stating it’s closed after 9. Will not allow you to speak to anyone. So I drive down there. My order still sitting there. The guy Dean tells me it’s already delivered. I call. It has not. He goes and looks and guess what. It’s still there. I complained about paying $45 and couldn’t get an answer on the phone and had to drive down there. He lays my food on the counter yelling at me closes the window and walked off. Dude I already paid for it. It’s on my card. I have to call the police, there was 3 guys there and only me and I am getting yelled at over food I paid for. I will never go there or order from there again. His attitude did change when the cops came. I have him on recoding yelling at me!! Be careful. Some men have no respect and you never know.

A few weeks ago a group from my church went to Ironton Giovanni’s for their buffet. I went in the day before and told them how many would be in our group. They set up tables for us. On Sunday morning more people decided to join our group. I called them as we were leaving church and they set up more tables for us. They were very accommodating and our service was excellent! The buffet is absolutely delicious!

Everytime I am in my hometown I need to make at least 1 Giovanni’s run. I am so so thankful Giovanni’s offers crustless pizzas. Their crust was good but I now have to eat a wheat free life and I also eat keto. This is so perfect for me as it is my favorite pizza ever and safe for me to eat.

Lunch and dinner buffet both make a good meal choice. Choose between salad, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, bread, etc, etc, etc. Two adult dinner buffets $22 and some change which I think is very reasonable. We always drink water when we dine out so I don’t know if drinks included in that price or not.

went to go pick up food and wasnt ready, missing a personal pan pizza also, all the employees were on their cell phones not paying attention to the front, place was dead and took extra 10 minutes for a salad to come out, chicken was bad and the salad wasnt good and barely shredded

I've been to this restaurant a few times in the past month. They leave dirty plates on tables after customers leave, limiting available tables to sit at and looking uninviting. Whether you get there at 8 pm when salad and pizza bar close or earlier, the salad and pizza bar are pretty much the same. Good pizza & cinnamon dough sticks. Too expensive on Sundays for the same stuff you get nights. The restaurant needs some maintenance and a busboy. I never saw it so clean, bright, and organized as the previous photos show.

Went with my grandma yesterday we waited for 20 min for a waitress we were only ones there all the food was cold and old spaghetti was crunchy when my husband said something about how nasty and old everything was they were like we took your drinks off your ticket we got water yall charge for water disgusting floor was stick almost cause my grandma to fall it was over all the worst one iv been in over all experience was awful will not be returning
