I placed an online order. I waited an hour and still hadn't received the food. I called and spoke with a woman and she said the driver had already left with my food. So I wait and wait its been another hour so I've waited 2 hours and call Ironton giovanni's and then they said that they have been trying to reach me, which no they hadn't they received my phone number an email when I placed the order and hadn't gotten anything. I understand that if they are out of a product but to keep me strung along... SMH

Great place, lots of seating, an amazing looking salad and buffet. The cauliflower crust pizza was amazing. Super cheesy! Kristin was an awesome waitress and watched her be awesome to her other tables as well!!

I have a rare disease and cannot eat out due to cross contamination and allergies, when I come in Kristen goes above and beyond to prepare any meal for me to make sure I am safe. Her and Dean are amazing at their jobs. For someone like me it is a blessing to have someone who really cares like this!
