I eat a lot of burgers and I don't exactly know what makes them good or bad but the one I had last week was truly the best I have ever had. Nothing special on it...except bacon :) along with lettuce and tomato but it was outstanding. Great sweet potato fries as well. Nothing fancy but fun atmosphere in the city building. Small restaurant inside the city hall. Home made food. Friendly service. Decent coffee. Avoid the bottled orange juice. To me it is bitter. YMMV. I had the blue plate special for breakfast. Plenty of food at reasonable prices.
Parking: Free street parking. At 8:30 on a Friday morning there was lots of parking.

If you are looking for breakfast or lunch and want homemade comfort food cooked with love, you won't find a better or friendlier spot. We were in town from Philadelphia visiting family and stopped in because of the great reviews. They are well-deserved!
