Usually have a good experience here at the ironton location but the last couple times the staff haven’t been all that wonderful. They said they’d bring out our order in 10 minutes or so and the last three times it’s taken them almost 20 to bring it out and the most recent time three days ago my mom had to actually go in and ask where our order was and to find out that they hadn’t even started it yet and then when we got our pizza it was like they rushed it because the crust and underside was very doughy and not cooked all the way. The puffs were good but the pizza was not. Usually enjoy going but the last few times have been iffy :(

I came through the drive through and ordered a hot and ready and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold. Not hot at all. I’m disappointed. Also the box was covered in grease from sitting out so long.

Was given 3 whole pizzas when we ordered 3 personal pizzas. It was late and I think someone did not want to make new pizzas. We were tired, didn't say anything because of being too tired. Drove all day and just wanted to go to room.

Honestly it was crazy, 4pm Christmas Eve; he told me to have recept when return. I come back and a different person gave me my 4 pizzas without looking @ my 🧾.
Good place and good people but everytime we order there are pizza is smashed from the box lid or it’s like it’s brunt like the crazy puffs are always brunt and hard

thank you to the manager who stopped the cashier from skipping my father in line to hold her fresh pizzas for the friends that drove up. We have been coming here since before the location moved. In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. Today our food was hot and delicious but it was obvious if not for his intervention my father would have been forced to wait in this heat because SHE wanted to hold it for someone else. So absolutely great food today and thankful. Hoping the standard keeps going up!

I had went through and got a classic, worse pizza I had ever seen or tasted. Could literally break a tooth on the crust. It was so burnt. Looks like it was days old.
