Food was about 40 minutes late do to a promotion, but the staff was apologetic and rushed to get things out. Thin crust with double old world from is my favorite, and I've been to places in NYC that Portnoy gave over a 9.

This Marcos apparently not an eat in restaurant. No fountain drinks or even ice. The wait for a pizza was over an hour, we just left. Not recommended

First time eating from here. I ordered a delivery for a medium pizza with extra meat. I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw it dididn'have much toppings on it. It tasted good but i felt cheated by the lack of "extra" meat on it. It cost me $25 in total, way too much. Doubt I'll order from here again.

Complete and utter failure ! Long time customer ….. no more !! They now use DoorDash - and never wanted to use that service ! Food arrived cold , and I mean ice cold. Food was not correct and poorly prepared ! Wife had to finish cooking 1 of 2 pizzas ordered. Messy in box and Called the store to speak to a manager and voice my concerns….. on hold over 30 min with 0 resolution. With cost rising , product shrinkage you would at least think customer service would be top notch. ITS NOT ! This location = utter failure !

⭐ 1 Star This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Marco’s. The pizza was undercooked super doughy, sloppy and thrown together; I ordered cut in squares wasn’t. The wings were ordered well done, they were raw. I had to throw the whole meal away. I try my best to support local businesses but refuse to do so after experiences like this. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless major improvements are made. Do better, Marco’s.

I am writing to share my recent experience at Marco’s pizza in Ironton, which was disappointing and concerning. I set up a fundraiser “box night” for our school. We have as of yet to receive any clear communication or the funds (2 months has went by) we raised from Marco’s when we tried to discuss the issues with the manager in Ironton. Unfortunately, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. The manager was totally unhelpful, and did not allow me to explain my concerns. He basically dismissed us and said he couldn’t help. When we said we would not be bothering him again. This concern his response was “GOOD!” I was very upset by this interaction, as I expected to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to speak. He was extremely rude, dismissive, talked over me, and acted like I was wasting his time. I just found out that several parents that ordered that night did not receive their child’s personalized box which is the whole reason for the fundraiser. We chose to work with this local business, for our fundraiser and I am sure they received numerous orders that night. I know for me personally I will no longer order from this business, nor, will I do any fundraising with them.

Our school participated in a pizza box fundraising event with them in mid May and we have received $0 funds or ANY information from their manager regarding the fundraising event. Totally INEXCUSABLE!!!

This place has killer food! The staff was very friendly and polite. I didn't have to wait that long. I got cheese bread sticks and a pizzoli & it was made to perfection 👌 I highly recommend!

If you have an hour to burn and want to pick a pizza up and stand over the staff to see your correct pizza is made in Ironton this is the place to go. Great pizza their staff is a joke. I only come on Tuesday for the buy one get one deal. 3 times there three times wrong. The help is not focused on anything I ordered the buy one and get one free pizza they tried to give me a large and a small when I repeated both large pizza orders twice. I asked 3 times to speak to the manager and was ignored. This is actually a shame because their pizza is really good. The staff however the worst I have seen.

I have never ordered here and had things done right. Tonight’s order was the worst yet! Can’t even get an Italian sub because they don’t have any ham. I placed an online order and used my 10$ coupon. I called the store to ask that the subs be well done, only then did I find out they couldn’t make my Italian sub. The girl on the phone had me and herself so confused it was nuts! All she had to do was change one sub and credit me 3$ because the sub I had to get was cheaper than the one I ordered, BUT she tried to charge me an additional 10$! Took an hour to get an order that was promised to take 20 minutes and one of the subs was wrong and all 3 the cheeses was cold.. not ever melted! Don’t wast your time or money!!
