Food was great but the need to get the poor guy working some help he was the only worker there on a Friday night felt so sorry for him but he rocked at getting everyone's food together

So I place a online order to be delivered to me and I lay down fall asleep i wake up a hour later and my husband says where is r pizza I said it should have been here a hour ago so I call and speak to the manager and he rudely tells me he has it waiting in the hit box for me I said did u not think to call me a hour ago so when do u sell hour old pizza he rudely tells me he will refund me which he hasn't yet and for me to order my pizza somewhere eles and hangs the phone up on me I'm like wow 75 bucks down the drain and rude as can be i will never order from there ever again plus this wasn't just a worker this was there gm acting like this

Waited 30 minutes on the phone after guy took half my order, transfered me on the phone to two different people still couldn't take my order had to drive in to go order it, on the phone they said they couldn't put the sauce on my wings after it was done but on the phone they said could and they always have been able, charged me for the cups of wing sauce they didnt put on the wings that they said they could put on there, didn't put extra sauce on both my pizzas like I requested. They were out of mushrooms too. Do not oder here just go to Giovannis

Ordered DoorDash, I got a large stuffed crust pizza, and cheese breadsticks. The breadsticks as you can tell do not even look like they have been baked, nor or they cut except one line down the middle. The pizza was super doughy and had to bake it in the air fryer just to make it crispier. Very disappointed. Will be ordering from flat woods from now on

Food was ready in 15 minutes flat despite it being noticeably busy in there! Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was on point. Just a reminder to those who may have forgotten...Pizza Hut, when done right, still rocks. They do it right at this one!

They're pizzas are delicious, I've always chose them over the other pizza companies because of how delicious their pizzas are. I will say do not order from them through door dash because I have and i found a slice or two missing from my pizza. I know it's not pizza hutts fault but the doordashers so no shame on Hutt.

What a joke I will never order from pizza hut again I used to love their food but by the time you place your order with someone who can't understand a word you say she made me spell everything I ordered and the town and state get someone who is in the store by the time I got done ordering It would have been tomorrow by the time she even put it in
