Been going there for years never had problem then yesterday got to window the guy preparing sandwiches was full on coughing on everything. Never once even tried to cover his mouth turn away or anything so I got my money back and left needless to say I won't go back there again (Ironton ohio)

I thinks it's crazy that more people don't eat here. The food is some of the best fast food you can get. I took my daughter there for her first time yesterday. She got the Italian sub and said it was very good. I always get the King Rax. This place puts Arby's to shame.

Inside left a lot to be desired. I went inside order my food and decided to just take with me. I remember when Rax came to Orlando. My grandma and my mom, as well as myself absolutely loved it! I was so very happy when I found this particular Rax still in operation. The food took me right back to childhood and was so delicious!

It had been at least 15 years since I had a Rax BBC (bacon beef and cheddar) sandwich. I saw this Rax and had to give it a try. So worth it!! It was just how I remembered growing up. Don't get me wrong I'm a lover of the competitions roast beef burgers but no one can come close to the Rax BBC. Perfectly cooked thin sliced roast beef and Perfectly fried bacon smothered in liquid cheddar cheese on that soft springy sub like bun. So delicious and this location made it just right. Not only was my sandwich amazing but my curly fries were perfect too. Not fried to hard and seasoned just right. It was a great trip and flash into the past for me with every bite. It makes me wish the location near my home town Pikeville Kentucky hadn't closed down. I wish they would bring it back that would be awesome. Anyways thank you Rax and staff at this location for giving me amazing food and super friendly service at a price that didn't break my bank. Always a fan!
It was ok food not as good as I remembered it from years ago, Was excited to see a Rax haven't seen any around in years. Employees could be a little more welcoming to the customers felt like we were more in the way than welcomed

Super nice drive thru cashier, food was HOT and amazing!!, service was fast and accurate. We drove from Huntington WV since we have no Rax in our hometown. It's been 30 years since we had Rax Roast Beef and it's still as wonderful as always! Thank you Ironton Rax!
