Night shift is going to mess up your order and serve you hard cold nuggets pretty much guaranteed. They need to get the night shift to adhere to the protocol where you throw out nuggets after a few minutes instead of serving what tasted like 2 hour old nuggets.

Also messed up our order, didn't give us the sauces we asked for. This location is alright during the day, but night shift doesn't even try.

The employees were very friendly. The service was fast. Taco Salad and baked potato were fine. But the chili was really really bad. I tried to put some on my potato and all that went on was grease. The remainder was very thin and runny. The taste was not wonderful but not awful. We are from our of town.

Food was not fresh at all. My chicken tasted so dry I had never drink after every bite. The fries had been set in there and you could tell that they were cold and hard. Worst Wendy's experience I've had in years. I do not recommend unless you just absolutely must have Wendy's while you're in Ironton. Plenty of great places to eat that have similar pricing.

Every time we come to this Wendy's we get parked no matter if we order a lot or a little. It's frustrating. Also it takes 10-15 mins at that point you may as well sit there and eat

Don’t visit after 7pm. You will wait forever for your food. Then you will be asked to park, then be asked to wait some more. However, Morning staff is great and food is always hot and fresh.

Our food was great. The employees were very friendly and the dining room was clean. My 8 year old was fascinated by the drink machine. To be honest, the drink machine is pretty amazing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to rush my daughter so we could leave due to some other customers using terrible language. They were sitting fairly close and I’ll just say, they weren’t using their “inside voices”. My daughter doesn’t hear language like that at home and I don’t think she should have to hear it while dining out either. We will return to this location when we’re in the area, but we will most likely use the drive thru next time.

Saturday night we went through the drive thru around 7:30pm to order, and while it wasn't slow which was good, when we received it the fries were stale and cold, I use to work here and we had to throw the fries out and start a new batch every 5 minutes, we had a tub next to the fries for discarding old stale fries once the timer goes off. So this was completely avoidable. They were chewy in a bad way as if they had been sitting cold for over 45 minutes before they were put in my bag. The chicken nuggets were also cold and not fresh. The sandwich I ordered (big bacon classic) did not taste like it usually does or that it even came from a Wendy's store for that matter. The bacon on it was hard crumbs piled up tasting like char and the sandwich was put together so poorly the bun was sliding off the side when unwrapped. It was so disappointing I threw it away and I haven't ever done that with Wendy's before. My blueberry pomegranate lemonade was good so that was the only not disappointing part of the meal.

When I worked at this location this would have been unacceptable to serve, nightshift needs to adhere to the guidelines for preparing food just like day shift because it was simply the worst Wendy's I had ever gotten from this location, I would be more understanding if they were very busy but it was relaxed seemingly when we placed our order. If I hadn't been busy I would have left a review the night I ordered but I was short on time, thankfully I remembered today. I am thankful that I did not get sick eating food that had sat out or been cooked improperly.

This location use to run a tight ship.

This place has the rudest staff ever. They mess your order up every single time you go there. Immediately park you even if it is 2 drinks(I’m not kidding).
