Went through drive through waiting 15 mins in line get to second window younger boy was rude as could be asked for my sauce and ketup he forgot n he slams in hand after letting window slide shut on me recurring everytime come through he is rude manager was right there said did nothing didn’t get a receipt to call corporate either rude rude rude

I know I shouldn't be eating McDonald's at my age, and the Jamestown McDonald's always makes that a little easier to accept. Absolute slowest and most inaccurate McDonald's I ever go to - religiously. Sat in the drive thru waiting for 15 minutes for a quarter pounder NO ONIONS. Pulled to the side, waited another 10 minutes. They finally bring out the bag and I just take it home assuming it HAS to be right having had to wait that long. Nope. Thing's covered in onions with a big receipt in the box that says NO ONIONS. Rocket Surgery.
When I brought it back in, the manager acted like I was inconveniencing them for everything too.
Avoid this place. Drive to Xenia McDonalds and you'll probably get faster service.

Drive 15 minutes back to this place to get food they forgot to put in the bag and heavier set lady working the window just hands me the food and I asked if it was mine thinking it may be the customer behind me that just paid for there food and she closed the window, no apology or have a good new year lol check your bag at this location every time because they suck
