Ordered online 2 med pizza no tomato sauce, but hearty marinara sauce extra on both, got with no sauce at all, call up there and all I got was since u ordered on line, on there end said no sauce, I said I got screen shot of what I ordered, per the lady I talked to nothing they could do. Been going to this store in Jefferson for over 10yrs. This has happened back to back times. Lost my business.

This store has the rudest employees, and it's always filthy. Had a girl yell at me because, despite the tracker saying it was ready, it wasn't. Told me they have nothing to do with the tracker, it's corporate, and IT WILL BE READY WHEN ITS READY. Yes, I used caps. So did she. The orders are never right, ir done on time, and the employees stand around doing nothing. A good cleaning would be an excellent idea. The owner refuses to respond to ANYTHING. The only reason I go to dominoes is because my son like their pizza, and after this I'd rather drive 6 miles out of my way to go to another one. Can't be worse than this one. I had the owner call me today and said I complain about her store too much. Told her maybe the problem is her employees, because there are a LOT of bad reviews. She actually told me not to order from her store anymore if all I have are bad experiences. Wow.

Orderd 4 pan pizzas. For delivery they delivered 3. So they delivered the 4 th. One. Fine but 2 of our pizzas were not what we orderd at all. Person taking order very confused eventhough we went over it 3. Times. So we called again to tell them delivered wrong order and we went to pick up that one so they didn't charge us for that one. Orderd from there many many times had a few mistakes they made right...buy this time is the last time we order from them.

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight. 1 gluten free cheese pizza.1 medium pizza half peperoni half cheese.I get a pizza with no cheese on half of it. Only pepperoni.So I call and explain the mix up. Someone named LID, Told me there was nothing he could do. I could pay for another pizza and have it delivered.I told him I would just bring this pizza back and they could remake my pizza correctly. He continued to tell me I rotor still have to pay for it.He sounded rude and I just gave up.If you want good pizza and GOOD SERVICE get pizza some where else.I now am ordering from pizza Joe's because my children aren't gonna eat pizza with no cheese.

Pizza was just delivered! Very friendly delivery guy. Pizza was legit fresh and hot!! Cheese & pepperoni. My co-workers & I really enjoyed it! Will order again.

Placed order right before 10 not knowing they weren’t open late like every otherr dominos. Even payed for my order, but I got there and the lights were out and they refused too give me my order the next morning.

Ordered a extra pepperoni as well as sause and cheese pizza first time eating at this business got home was excited about digging in open the box no pepperoni at all, my friend was over they wanted Domino's so they to order a pizza chicken bacon ranch got back to my place was again a cheese pizza last time for this place, kids that work there are rude don't listen to what you order apparently and are always playing on their phone, sad

We order Domino's pizza religiously for the kids. Today we had a horrible experience and they may have lost our buisness all together ... our pizza was not cooked all the way through, we let them know we don't appreciate raw pizza... The workers insisted it was fine, but we asked for it to be remade anyway. They gave us a lame excuse that pepperoni is greasy ..... not to mention one of the staff was bent down, covering her face as if she was laughing or smirking while another staff was just hanging out on his phone. The situation wouldn't have been as bad, if they would have just fixed the mistake. Instead they chose to argue and mess up the remade pizza as well.

Ordered 3 items for $50.35, all 3 were bad! Manager had a LOT of trouble believing me, but agreed to give me credit, I would give 3-4 stars for that, but it seems I am only getting "in-store credit", not national account credit. I told her I travel and wouldn't be back in the area. So I paid full price for a BAD order - 1 Star!!She said they can’t overcook the pizzas, because they have a conveyer. I would say they need to recalibrate the conveyer, because here is the proof...Philly pizza - Bad assembly & overcooked. Crust area WAY TOO BIG and had burned cheese. Result, very small topping area equivalent to MUCH smaller pizza and oversized crust ring had burned cheese, so that’s not good. The crust ring being too big is a quality/process issue of how they assemble the pizza. The manager needs to teach employees to assemble with more care, then the burned cheese on the crust wouldn't have been such a bog problem.Veggie - Overcooked. Toppings were way overcooked, borderline burned, not very tasty.Breadsticks and dip - Bad assembly & overcooked. There was so much grease/butter dripping out of the box, that the bottom of the box was dripping grease. I only discovered this AFTER I put it on my car seat. Again this is a quality/process issue on how to correctly assemble these items. Additionally, the cheesy dip was visibly burned on the top, as well as the bottom.See pics..Follow up: Called back and talked to a different manager, and he confirmed they definitely had an issue with the ovens & they were due to be corrected. Said he would refund the meal to my card, and to wait 2-3 days for it to show up. One week later - NO REFUND!!

I ordered 8 piece garlic parm wings and they were so under cooked. Very fatty. And hardly any sauce on them. Absolutely disgusting!!!
