My husband filled up on the Jr. Wimpy burger and it did NOT disappoint! I had the French toast made from homemade bread and, oh MY, I am ruined forever for any other restaurants serving French toast. Horrible we won't go back we went there this morning and waited a hour for our food and when the food came out it wasn't even our order they never gave our ticket of what we order to the kitchen to make what a waste of time don't go to this place !!!!!!
I love going and eating at the diner it is family owned all the staff r very friendly the food is amazing. The best thing I had was the Reuben sandwich but if you really want to try something really good they have freshly homemade baked pies. The best one I’ve had is the peanut butter one. stop in sometime and say hello. It is a friendly family owned business.

The Jefferson Diner is a local favorite for breakfast and lunch, known for its tasty food at affordable prices. The charming diner offers a retro 70s atmosphere and a gluten-free menu. Customers praise the friendly service, generous serving sizes of scrumptious food, and classic diner ambiance. One reviewer called the French toast made from homemade bread the best they have ever had. The diner also features a historic train car setup, adding to its charm. The staff handle the busy environment well, making sure everyone feels accommodated. The Wimpy burger and hand-cut fries are great. There is always a special of the day and the strawberry shortcake is very good. The restaurant is small but you never have to wait long. Overall, the Jefferson Diner continues to be a beloved local spot offering a comfortable and satisfying dining experience.
