I've never eaten inside. Just go through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order McDonald's is McDonald's foods. Just the same here as it is everywhere else

When I walked in there was a male worker literally yelling at the other other workers to 'step up" and was just incredibly rude to his coworkers. Found out he is the manager. I will never go neck there. Plus the cashier was rude as well.

The kid at the register was very courtest. He kept asking the people at the kias if they were OK. He brought out our food. Came back later to see if everything was OK. Better service than some dine in restaurants. Kudos to him. It was a pleasure to eat at McDonald's today.

Tried to not give me my food when I ordered through the mobile app and didn't even offer a refund then finally got my food after arguing with the worker that they already have my money from the order
The staffing at this location is absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-through on my lunch prepaid my order when I got up to the front window the lady was sniffing The cup with soda in it then tries to hand me the soda! She was taken back when I told her no thank you I will not take that you were smelling it. Never again Will I go back to that McDonald’s!

I feel ashamed to have gone to this Mc Donald’s location due to the disrespect of the employees laughing about my tradidional German name “Wolfgang”. One worker even shouted to the other “imagine saying that wierd name out loud, who even has a name like that” followed by a lot of laughter and them walking away from me after shoving the bag of food into my face. I feel disrespected and treated unfairly by this McDonald’s and feel the need to inform management.

Placed order threw drive threw. Got my food and no frys so I go back threw the window told her they forgot my frys. Very rude said first did I pay for them I said yes then asked if I can show proof of purchase I said wasn't afford or given one then asked again if I paid. Got to the window to get my frys waited 4 minutes for cold frys. Be kind no need to be rude ?
