Went there and was the worse experience ever. Food was terrible. And waitress had a tank top on. Wow what is wrong with this. Bad attitude when your waiting on the public.

Today was our 1st time at Mugs Restaurant. my wife has Alzheimer's and a gentleman saw us come in, and me taking care of her while in the restaurant. we were leaving and he came up to us and thanked me for what I'm doing for her. we shook hands and I introduced him to Mary Ann. His name is Jim, and he also paid our bill. I wish to thank him again. It was a nice 1st visit, and the food was excellent. we will go back again. Again, Thank You Jim.

This was our first visit to Mugs, will definitely be repeat customers! Food was delicious ( Mugs burger with the Works, and triple Decker BLT), ample portions, reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Service was good, but if you aren't done with sitting there with your coffee and you have to go bathroom, your coffee won't be there when you get out. So felt a little rushed
Great service and awesome food. You get your money's worth here. Those cajun fries were better than Five Guys fries.

Just no. Prices are way to high for the quality you get, it was so bland. My sausage gravy tasted like canned quality, and the chunks of I guess sausage was really pink inside. Coffee was good but that's about it.

What is there to say about Muggs restaurant in Jefferson, Ohio. I am originally from the Jefferson area. And still remember when the Donut Shop opened. This little Restaurant is definitely a throwback to the 70s Good atmosphere, Good Food and Good God. Everytime I eat here it's tough to decide what to order all the food is good. And yes the pancakes are BIG and should only be sold and eaten in Texas. It's nice to see all the Locals eat here I have even seen some Browns Players in the Area. If you want hometown food stop in. And sometimes there is a wait but totally worth it.
