The food was ok?😞 when I walked in there was no staff in the room and when I got a sandwich they looked kind of disgusted by my order. The atmosphere was ok. Not very appealing but good for a subway.

Many times our orders are wrong . They don’t read the tickets ! I order 50% more meat every time , and I’m lucky to get it 1 outta 10 times! I put less mayo , they put a ton of it on ! Or don’t toast when it’s marked toasted! And today the app wouldn’t work , I called and asked if they could still give us the bogo deal. She said it’s only online . I said I get that , but can u ask a Mangaer to help us out since the app on two different phones wouldn’t work ?? She wouldn’t ask , just kept saying it’s online only … kids should not be left In charge ! They need to be more thorough when reading the tickets and not worrying about getting out of there for the night !!! We are very good customers, and we get screwed a lot !! If Ashtabula wasn’t so far , we would go there . They are always nice , and the place is always clean . But something needs to change .

I ordered my doordash from the jefferson Subway my order had taken 2+ hours to even be picked up i had a friend go pick it up because i was stuck at school and then the door dash brought me my drinks after 2+ hours while on call with the manager via phone call saying that there would be disciplinary action if I had a friend go pick it up again. this is unacceptable I was not in the wrong.

The girl had just a bad attitude. No greeting when walked in. Told her to have a good day and no response. Asked if I wanted a receipt, didn’t hear her so asked to repeat and I was met with more attitude. Shoved my sub over the counter at me. I’ve had rough customer service experiences but this was a little excessive. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere
From walking in to walking out I had a great experience. Walking in I was immediately greeted and the girls were friendly. They were a little busy but my wait was still next to nothing! During their rush, they were still so nice and I didn’t feel rushed so the next customer could order. My food tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious!

Great customer service!! Not often do you walk into subway and you’re greeted with kindness. Also, the cleanliness here was out of this world! You can tell that they actually take the time to keep this place nice and clean. Every sandwich ordered was perfect, fresh ingredients, and definitely did not disappoint!! This is probably the worse experience I’ve ever had. From the under portion meats and the over portion veggies it was horrible. It was a mess and wasn’t even cut, she didn’t even know how to make a sub. The staff is so under trained. There’s a table in the dining room left with the workers vapes, food garbage, and phones l. The atmosphere is gross. This was a horrible experience
