The owner was very unprofessional when she was approached nicely by my wedding planner that she gave us the wrong order. We were even willing to work with her on fulfilling the original order we asked for and that she confirmed. Not only did I wait forever to check out when I got there and had to leave my card number with them due to the lack of organization, after reviewing the order that was confirmed twice she gave me the wrong order. She also over charged me and did not make things right. She did not credit me for her error she also wasn’t willing to make up the difference in baked goods she owed us. Her unprofessionalism was way out of line and even though the taste was good, I will never do business with her again and would advise others do the same. There are plenty of other small ma pa shops that would be grateful for the business and would have fixed their error with no problem.

If I could give the owner a negative star I would. I am a wedding coordinator and have worked with many small businesses and have never encountered someone so unprofessional. I have 2 texts confirming the order with pricing and the amounts of each baked good. When the bride picked up the order it was incorrect. I called to bring this to the owners attention and she acted as if it were my problem and tried to say she did nothing wrong. I sent her the 2 screenshots showing that she had confirmed the order with me twice. I asked her to correct the order, she was unwilling to work with me and had overcharged the bride for her own mistake and would not correct it. She even hung up on me. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of this small business and would not recommend her to anyone! Also, the muffins were not very good. I cannot comment on the biscotti though as I didn't taste them.

Our wedding planner had a very unprofessional experience with the owner of Biscotti Shop LLC. The owner incorrectly filled my wife's order then over charged her and refused to refund her money even though they had agreed on a set price. Her business and moral ethics are very poor and unprofessional to say the least. The taste and quality of her product isn't worth the way she treats her paying customers!! Her rating is in the negative and I encourage people never to give The Biscotti Shop any business.
