0 stars if possible on a terrible experience 830pm January 1st was going thru the drive thru and decided to come inside ..ordered the 2 for 6$ fish sandwiches said make them fresh please and 3 potatoe cakes got the order quickly took a bite of one fish sandwich it was cold took a bite from the other and it was still hot so I took the cold one back and politely told the girl at the counter that this one was cold and not fresh the other one was good
I HEARD THE MANAGER ASK SIRI TO CALL TH POLICE. All because I wasn't scared to tell them politely that 1 sandwich wasn't made fresh....3 to 5 minutes I got a freshly made sandwich that I could tell was fresh made but then the manager basically ran me out of the dining room saying out loud that they close in 5 minutes. POLITELY I SAID I understood about getting off in 5 minutes and that I've been in that situation before and left the store. Oh and the potato cakes were not hot either I just ate them because I was hungry. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I have had both items fresh before... I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE

Went this location around 10 am today got a number one with a sprite… the sprite was awful I told the lady at the window it tasted bad and asked if maybe it was out…. She told me she poured it out of a 2 liter just now??? Huh 🤔 I thought this location had fountain pop am I wrong? Flat sprite …Their roast beef tastes like straight white vinegar ….. what is going on here? I didn’t finish the sandwich I couldn’t…fries were ok Mushey not crispy. Then I never even got a replacement for my drink I paid for… the blonde lady handed me another bag of food her manager started yelling at her I gave the other bag back and decided the drink was not worth sticking around for…..you might need to check on your people. I am not going back I don’t want anything.

I have been going to this Arby's on and off for a while now and almost always good service have had some not so good experiences but here lately when I stop by after work in the evening on the weekends I am always given good fresh fries, employees give me good service and the manager Steffany or Tiffany??always seems to be making sure her job is done I see her helping her employees up front and back making food and checking on us customers and that means a lot.

This location was so dirty in the bathroom I had to write a review. The floors in the restaurant filthy, no ice in the vending machine when you got a fountain drink. Light wasn’t even on in the men’s bathroom only half the lights were working. Mold growing on the urinal. Staff standing around talking, not even working. I looked around the area where they serve food and it was disgusting. I’m not a health department inspector, but I hope someone comes out. Someone needs takes a look at this. I would be very ashamed to be an owner at this location.

The health department needs to look into this. If you enjoy the smell of raw sewage when you enter and totally incompetent employees, this is the place for you.

I was very pleased with my experience!! It was late and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was made fresh!! Jennifer H and her two Coworkers Trevor and Paishance went above and beyond and gave excellent service and customer service !! Will be returning!

Ordered fries and they were not fresh so I asked for fresh and the workers continued to complain about my request behind my back. A friend made a comment about hearing them so they walked out the back door. Terrible experience, very dirty inside the rest room and dining area 0/10 would not recommend!

LarderRoom...Went to this Arby's location during a quick lunch break. The staff was courteous, and the dining was clean. The food came out fast, hot and fresh. Not sure what else you could ask for? I know Arby's is known for their roast beef but don't sleep on the crispy chicken sandwich. You cant usually get the buffalo sauce on the regular crispy chicken (why) but you can add the spicy three pepper sauce. I know its not the same, but it works in a pinch.
Parking: Tons of parking, free, directly off the interstate.
