We went in around 7:30 PM and waited until 8:00 PM to get our food. One of us ordered an omelette that was supposed to come with sour cream, salsa, and cheddar cheese—but none of these were served. We had to ask for them. My meal was supposed to include a dinner roll, which I also had to request, even though the table next to us—served by the same waitperson—received theirs without asking. Worst of all, we later found out that we were being served by the restaurant manager. If I could, I would give them zero stars. It was overall a very bad experience.

This was my first experience at any Bob Evans and most likely my last. The service was good but the food mediocre at best. My beef tips were too fatty, portion size was small, but they were cooked acceptably. Fries were the best item on the plate. They were quick to cook my order, but the place was empty except for two tables. It's ok if nothing else available, but given options, I would not choose a Bob Evans again.
Normally, you know what to expect from Bob Evans -fair; but this time coffee was terrible, pancakes not even well cooked! I'm totally disappointed with food quality

So there were 4 of us...many tables open....20 minutes to get seated...all the silverware was dirty...2 of the group ordered hot coffee or tea...coffee went back because the cup was dirty...waited 15 min to order...waited 45 minutes for breakfast...well three of us the 4th got breakfast 20 minutes later and only part of what was ordered...and when it did arrive it was a mess......the manager on duty was a bit rude and looked like she was not bright....would never go back...might never step into a Bob Evans ever again..I think there are better places to give my time and money too...leave the fork opportunity

So we came around 6:30 pm, we ordered 2 eggs over medium, home fries, pancakes and 2 meats ( sausage and Hams) First that came out were pancakes and our server said. The others wasn’t finished cooking yet😏😏 finally after 10 minutes later the rest came out our order. We realized our home fries weren’t cooked. So we refused to eat them. My hubby and I spoke to the manager about the home fries and her reason that the fries was new batch from a different company. She said the cook cooked it for at least 10 minutes. Hell no!!!! Liar!!!! I am so disgusted with that female manager. I didn’t get her name but you will know who was the manager Wednesday at 6:30 pm October 30, 2024. The potatoes not even brown. Breakfast was the easiest to cook than lunch and dinner. So I told her you knew something wrong with the fries weren’t cooked and you let the server served them to us??? Crazy!!!!!. I told her we were just here 6 days ago and we were satisfied. How anyone can screwed cooking a potatoes.😡😡😡😡😡! And do not serve pancake when you guys still waiting for the other order. Must take them all at once.🤬we are not going to come to this place at night time. Never want to see that manager and the cook who cannot cook a fries.
