I drove 30 miles to this location and arrived at 7pm. They were out of cheese, guacamole, steak and tortillas. All the staff was on their phones sitting in the lobby and seemed upset that i even considered ordering.

This place looks nothing like pictured…
Beware, the food is good, the quality is normally excellent but…they run out of stuff nearly every single time I try to eat here. It’s 18:11 and they’re out of cheese and lettuce…really?
Out of chicken the time before, and out of steak and Carne Asada the time before that.
It’s sad because it’s good food but so hard to get a good experience here.

My coworker and I ordered an online pick up. All of our bowls had little to no meat in them. The staff clearly do not like their jobs. Don't get me started on parking. If you drive a SUV for a full size truck forget about it. We will not be ordering at this location ever. We thought it had changed but it has not. Do not order anything from this place. Save your money.

Really nice staff, good portions, warm and delicious food. While we were in, the food inspector was looking over everything and seemed satisfied with how it all looked. No complaints

Went at lunchtime, service was fast and exemplary. They were not short on any ingredients.
Three trips in a row and they were out of multiple menu items each trip. Not worth waiting in line if there's nothing I want to eat.

This was takeout order. Rice was undercooked, chips had a TON of visible salt on them to the point we had to through them away.

The amount of time I had to wait this evening in line was unbelievable. We waited in line for 17 minutes with only four people in front of us. There were no large orders placed the workers just had no sense of urgency. Do not go to the chipotle, even if it’s your last resort.
