Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the better Chipotle restaurants I’ve visited. The food was fresh and delicious. The employees were all friendly.

One of the dirtiest chipotles. Every time I go here they have old dishes/pan pulled high. Trash is usually over flowing as well

Very stingy on portions.

Doors were closed at 9:40pm🤷🏻‍♂️

Nice stop on a long road trip for sure.

It took 5 minutes before I was helped despite 6 employees and 1 other customer. The food was good

Don't expect the same amount of food if you order online and pick up. My bowl wasn't even half full when I got home. Order only in the store so you can see what you're getting.

We don't have veggies, we don't have guacamole at this time. This is what I heard here and she didn't even bother to check the fridge or ask anyone.

Traveling thru and stopped for lunch. The entire restaurant was very dirty. Tables were not wiped clean, trash was overflowing and the bathroom was the same with overflowing trash all over. The counters where the food was prepared were dirty with food. When I picked up my order there was food stuck all over the bottom. I would recommend staying on the highway.

Girl in the kitchen kept yelling that she was not going to cook anything because she didn’t want to. As a customer it was a very awkward experience seeing her react like this in public. This does not leave a good impression about the restaurant.

This is my first ever experience at a Chipotle where the restaurant was filthy! Not a single table was clean, the line was absolutely wrecked.
Strange to experience such a dirty chipotle.

This place is just getting worse and worse! Everytime we come here they are out of something . don't ever expect to get peppers and onions. This time was steak pepper and onions and ice . The refreshment center was disgusting as well as the lobby. The trash doesn't look like it's been emptied all day. If your employees are busy management should be wiping tables and empty the trash. The bathrooms were dirty as well

Jefferson, Ohio location. One if the dirtiest chipotle's I've ever seen. No fajita, no vinegarette, no ice. All trash overflowing.
