8/31/25: I was met with a woman (maybe in her late 40s) ready to take my order. I asked for chicken, and she scraped whatever was left in the metal container (crumbs and a few pieces of chicken) into my bowl. She even scraped her metal spoon against the metal tin time after time with nothing scooped up. I asked if they had any more chicken as what she had put in my bowl were the leftover crumbs.. and she responded “what are you saying? I gave you a full scoop of chicken”
I explained what she had given me were crumbs of chicken and also not a full scoop, and she scoffed and responded “I gave you a full scoop. we’re out of chicken.” She turned away annoyed with me, shaking her head. I stood there shocked and feeling gaslit.
The young cashier understood, apologized, and offered more chicken. Then I heard them offer chicken to my fiance in line behind me (I believe they didn’t know we were together due to our different ethnicities). I was incredibly shocked by the behavior at this point I declined the chicken, paid for our meals, and left. I was so shocked with the treatment I couldn’t eat the bowl we paid for. I never nitpick or speak up especially when small things arise, but how I was treated is not acceptable.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Whoever was working the cash register at 1:20 pm on 9/1/25 was very unpleasant and rude. I told the woman making my food that I needed a large chips and salsa. I heard and watched her tell the woman at cash register - I got my salsa but no chips and when I told the heavy set lady at cash register , her response was you “ well you didn’t tell me that “ I understand it was busy and Labor Day but that doesn’t mean be rude to customers.

Disgusting, the employees are lazy, I would be ashamed to offer that food to anyone.

Showed up, and staff advised they were out of both rice and lettuce sour cream and chicken, this has not been the first time this has happened when we come to eat at chipotle, very disappointed.

Dirty bathrooms, dirty dining room, rude employees when I asked for more chicken, she said double? I said no just normal amount. Not half spoon bs. Portions are beyond lacking and I’m a truck driver. I eat chipotle regularly all across the states. So I know what’s average and below average. Definitely below average location even when you’re kindly asking for a tiny bit more.

Definitely won’t be revisiting this chipotle.

Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and go to taco bell Nextdoor. At least they’re consistent.

I have been eating at chipotle for years and this is the worst I have ever had. This is an embarrassment to the company. My bowl was nearly empty when I got it. They give less than child size servings and the people at the counter are disrespectful.

6:55 pm. It was a mess. They were out of sour cream, corn, lettuce, and adobo ranch. They did have sour cream on the mobile order station, but when I asked for a side of it, I was told “no”.

Went here to feed my family after a hard days work and I was met with a distasteful experience at this location, the unpleasant woman serving the food was just as untasteful as the food it was burnt and the portions were less than acceptable for the price I paid after what felt like being insulted how little food me and my family were given I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

If there were an award for the dirtiest Chipotle in America, this place would win without competition. The floor was filthy, the counters were sticky, and my food looked like it had already been chewed once. This is how my portion was served — and no, I didn’t touch it. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog. Management clearly doesn’t care, and neither should you — about ever coming here. Never again.

This happened at 10:00 p.m. and I thought maybe it was just because they were about to close. But before 8:00 p.m. they are out of steak, chicken, Chipotle chicken, tomatoes, chips, fajita mix and sour cream.

This place gives super little portions and they were out of some of the most popular options such as beans and chicken. The employees were not understanding either. I would not go here again.

The staff is careless and they do not inform cusomers about the lack of food. I was not satiesfied with the service. I just paid full amount of money for half a bowl.
