Food was terrible. Ordered a 10-piece McNugget was room temperature like chewing on leather. Service didn't exist since they don't man the counter anymore. Atmosphere doesn't exist because it's like a ghost town everybody turns their back to you when you're standing at the counter. Could not file a complaint because no receipt was given and the store number does not exist on the app. But it is the store in Jeffersonville Ohio.
Addendum: Your default auto reply obviously shows that you do not read the reviews. This is why your corporation is beginning to fail. You've lost touch with your customers by turning your stores into building blocks and turning your backs to customers when they're standing at the counter.

I ordered a 2B with a large fry and a large latte. Not only did they mistakenly put down two large fries for me, but they also gave me a small latte instead of a large one.

What a joke this place is. I asked them to hold everything off of my sandwich but I wanted a squirt of mayonnaise. That cost 30 cents for the mayonnaise although they are saving money by not putting anything else on there. However, if you go up to the window you can get multiple packs of mayonnaise for free. I will choose a different fast food restaurant next time
