Let me tell you to never go here first this place is in the launch bowling alley so hard to find number 2 it’s not even called this anymore it’s called craze or something like that where they make all kinds of other things like pizza and number 3 I went there to get pretzels and they were out of them like you advertise your a pretzel place but don’t have pretzels had to go to sheets down the road

Never open
We stopped at this location as we were shopping at the outlet mall.
The employee that was working did not seem familiar with the products. We ordered two spicy sausage pretzels and the pretzel dough was raw on the inside; even though we waited 10 minutes for the employee to cook them.
We asked for a cup of cheese sauce. He sold us spicy cheese and not regular cheese, without us knowing.
The employee was working on what appeared to be homework while we were at this location. He was not personable or knowledgeable about the products being sold. The customer service and quality of food was disappointing.
Third strike been there twice and they were closed even when hours posted should have been open. Stopped in yesterday they were open. BUT they do not sell regular pretzels just twists and rivets. And the inventory was low. The twists and rivets were a doughy mess. I grew up in Philly eating pretzels and have been to other Philly Pretzel factories that are incredible. Toyo’s place is a mess will change my route from I71 to I75 Centerville store comes through. 3 strikes you’re out.
Closed early with no note or anything on the door, just no explanation. Pretty lame.
These are some of the best pretzels I ever had! I think this place is better than Auntie Anne’s. Definitely will be coming back. AlsoThe girl behind the counter was extremely nice and kind.

This location is horrible. Hardly ever open, limted selection.
Honestly the worst soft pretzel I have ever had. Smells like egg and tastes like canned beef. Maybe they're better not at Oktoberfest, but this was a rotten pretzel.
I've never been here before
Nice staff. Decent pretzels and dipping sauces. Had plain and Cinnamon sugar pretzels, I personally liked the cinnamon sugar better than the plain. Pretzels didn’t taste homemade More so like boxed and warmed up.
Restaurantji Recommends
Pretzels are so good. We had the Pretzel dogs they were ok the dough wasn't done around the hot dog .we will be back
The staff is really friendly, the store is clean and the pretzels are tasty.
Great pretzels, and the staff is also great.
First time in their restaurant, both employees were very nice. It was raining outside and cold. We asked if we could stay in eat said sure no problem and I talk to this the whole time we were in there me and my friend got the nacho pretzels they were very good great service cleaning. This was top-notch and I could recommended anybody’s going there and will be back.
The pretzel twists are pretty big and a good price. There are plenty of dipping sauces to choose from. The lady who rang me up gave me my lemonade slushy for free because it wasn’t frozen yet. All of the employees were friendly.
